I am writing to formally hold both ISX Financial and the operators of TrueLuck liable for facilitating and receiving a total of 149 transactions amounting to €2,985.00 related to illegal online gambling activities targeting a Dutch resident.
TrueLuck is operating without a valid license from the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), making its services illegal within the Netherlands. Despite this, ISX Financial has continued to process and receive payments on behalf of this operator.
Following my Data Access Request submitted on February 16, 2026, I have obtained transaction records confirming that funds were routed to the following account:
IBAN: CY48904000010004401009201008 (ISX Financial)
These transactions continued even after I explicitly raised concerns and reported that the recipient was an unlicensed gambling operator.
Key Grounds for Liability:
Violation of Dutch Law
TrueLuck is not authorized to offer gambling services in the Netherlands. Processing and accepting payments for such activities constitutes facilitation of illegal operations.
Breach of Duty of Care (Zorgplicht)
ISX Financial was explicitly notified that these transactions were linked to an illegal gambling provider. Despite this, no preventive or corrective action was taken, and transactions continued to be processed.
Failure in AML/CTF and Monitoring Controls
The continued processing of payments to an unlicensed gambling operator indicates serious deficiencies in anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), and merchant oversight frameworks.
Unlawful Enrichment / Consumer Harm
TrueLuck has knowingly accepted funds from a jurisdiction where it is not licensed to operate, causing financial harm and violating consumer protection standards.
Demands:
Full Refund: I demand a full reimbursement of €2,985.00 for all transactions made to TrueLuck.Immediate Action: Confirmation that my account is permanently blocked from further transactions and that appropriate measures have been taken to prevent Dutch users from accessing and funding this platform.
Escalation:
If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 2 days, I will proceed with formal complaints to the relevant authorities, including:
The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) in the NetherlandsThe Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM)The Central Bank of CyprusRelevant European consumer protection and financial regulatory bodies

Withdrawal still pending after full verification – disappointing experience.
I requested a withdrawal of 800 EUR after winning on the platform. Unfortunately, the process has been extremely slow and unclear.
My account has been fully verified. I provided all the documents requested by the casino, including passport, selfie with ID, proof of address, bank card verification, proof of deposit, bank statement, source of funds, and source of wealth. After submitting everything, the support team confirmed that my account was successfully verified.
Despite this, my withdrawal has remained pending/processing for several days.
During this time I contacted support multiple times via chat and email. I even received calls from managers. However, the explanations have been inconsistent:
• first I was told withdrawals take up to 48 hours
• then I was told there was a technical issue with the payment processor
• later the support simply asked me to wait again because the finance department is reviewing the case
I understand that withdrawals can require verification checks, but once an account is fully verified there should be a clear and respected timeframe for payment.
At the moment my experience with TrueLuck has been disappointing due to:
• very long withdrawal processing time
• inconsistent explanations from support
• no clear timeline for the payout

I requested a withdrawal of 800 EUR after winning on the platform. My account was fully verified (KYC completed), and the casino confirmed that everything was approved.
However, the withdrawal has now been pending for several days, far exceeding the 48-hour timeframe initially mentioned.
Since then, the situation has become inconsistent and unclear:
• The casino first confirmed that the withdrawal was “approved” and “processed”
• The transaction is still not received on my bank account
• I was later asked again to provide my bank details for a new payment, which contradicts the previous confirmation
• My account access has now been restricted (I cannot log in anymore)
• Support responses are repetitive, automated, and do not provide clear or reliable information
At this stage, I have also opened a formal complaint through AskGamblers.
UPDATE: 18/03
Since my previous review, I confirm that the 800 EUR withdrawal has finally been received.
However, a new serious issue has appeared.
I still have a remaining balance of 1200 EUR on my account, but I am now completely unable to access it. When trying to log in, despite the fact that my account was previously verified and a withdrawal was already processed successfully.
This situation is extremely concerning. The casino allowed me to register, deposit, play, complete full KYC verification, and even process a withdrawal — but now blocks access when I attempt to withdraw the remaining funds.
I have now filed a formal complaint with AskGamblers regarding this issue.
UPDATE: 19/03/2026
During the AskGamblers complaint, TrueLuck initially stated that my balance was 0.
After escalation, they confirmed that the remaining 1200 EUR would be refunded.
This contradiction is concerning, but the issue is now being addressed.
I am currently waiting for the payment to be processed.

As of now, I still have not received the 1200 EUR refund and no confirmation that the transaction has been processed.
I have requested proof of payment (such as a transaction confirmation or ARN) in order to track the funds with my bank.
I am waiting for the payment to be completed and will update this review once the funds are received.
UPDATE: 21/03
The situation is still unresolved.
After confirming that my remaining balance of 1200 EUR would be refunded, TrueLuck is now stating that the case is “still under review” and that there is “no update” regarding the payment.
At this stage:
• no payment
• no confirmation of transaction
• no clear explanation
FINAL UPDATE :
I confirm that I have now received the remaining 1200 EUR.
While the funds have been paid in full, the overall experience with TrueLuck Casino has been very stressful and unclear.
The process involved long delays, inconsistent communication, and required escalation through AskGamblers to be resolved.
I appreciate that the payment was ultimately completed, but the lack of transparency and reliability throughout the process remains concerning.
I hope the casino improves its withdrawal handling and communication in the future
