In all my years of home ownership, I have never encountered a more pleasant, knowledgeable, patient mortgage broker/consultant/genie that Peter at TNM. He explained the process every step of the way, clearly answered any of my questions even if I asked more than once. He's very patient and goes above and beyond for his clients (I assume it's not just me lol). Great guy and great company for the most competitive rates out there. Even if you get a bank to match their rates, I guarantee you will never find a bank to match their service. It's been a pleasure working with you!

I sent a blanket request to eight different firms asking what products were available and what the refinancing process looked like. Peter was the only one among those professionals to take significant time leading me through the process. He found us the best deal available to us and we're now all signed off and waiting for closing. I don't deal with banks often enough to not have a trusted voice on my side; Peter's my guy!

We renewed our mortgage with TNM after 10 years with our bank. Our broker, Peter gave us excellent service and was always very quick to respond to my many questions.

I have no hesitation in recommending TNM to anybody who is renewing their mortgage.

We just renewed our mortgage with True North with the help of Peter Esper as our agent. He was very helpful, prompt and professional at all times. If only all banking/financing was this easy! Great experience working with Peter and his team. Very responsive and attentive. Made the entire process a breeze. Highly recommend them as an alternative to dealing with the large banks.
