We are first time home buyer and we did not put any conditions on offer we put since this was 20th bidding in this war! We initially kept 48 days for closing and wanted to close early. Chris advised us starting from first day on all aspects of mortgage including but not limited to standard and conventional mortgage, fixed vs variable, high ratio and mortgage with insurance, refinancing and building equity, and that with best interest too. Very happy with his knowledge and turn around time, I would mention he also worked for us while being on leave 😊.. and with that we amended closing dates and got our new home in 36 days without any hassle.!
