If I could give ten stars, I would. Peter Esper was extremely knowledgeable, always available, and very professional when assisting with my mortgage renewal. It was also a transfer from one lender to another. I did lots of research and asked him many questions; I am sure that I was not the easiest client but he patiently responded to every single one of my questions and concerns. He did not make me feel that I was overstepping or a bother. Also, he did not hesitate to contact the lender when appropriate, which was to my benefit. He ensured that the process was as convenient as possible for me with virtual signatures and arranging for the lawyer to meet at my home location.

Thanks to Peter, there were no surprises during the process of my mortgage renewal.

since my first mortgage term was done and I was not happy for their service in many ways, I decided to move to other lender. with some studying, I contacted true north and Peter replied me.
I was a bit wondering about the service since they offered best rate in the market , so I was not expecting great service. but it turns out I am wrong.
Peter showed me what is the best service in this industry professionally. even with some of my documents was delayed to find or to get from my townhouse management, he tried his best to solve my problem.
