Chris Eigbe helped us with our mortgage in 2015 and provided great service. We used him again in 2020 and he exceeded expectations. He was extremely responsive, courteous and knowledgeable and went above and beyond in providing us with different options and advice. He got us an amazing rate. Highly recommended.

I called True North on Feb 13, 2018, and Chris took my call. I was told that the refinance of my mortgage would be at a rate of 3.29% for 5 years term fixed rate. He said the minimum amount would be 100K and he'd hold the rate for 40 days. I sat down with my bank manager but he couldn't match True North rates. I called Chris yesterday Feb 28, 2018, to confirm the rate and he said that rate was gone. What kind of crookneck word is that? Too bad my conversation wasn't recorded, but I learned a lesson. It was a very bad first impression and I'm lucky I'm not in no rush in renewing my mortgage.

Chris was excellent in handling my mortgage.. without a doubt I would recommend TNM to my friends / family to get their next mortgage.
