As first time home buyers we had millions of questions, lots of anxiety and all of that evaporated the second we got in touch with Peter Esper at True North Mortgage. Peter made the process uncomplicated, relatable and easy to understand for first timers. He walked us through each step, communicated professionally and effectively at all times, never left us wanting for information or feedback, and in the end made us feel like we were dealing with a friend. We've never met, but he's welcome anytime at our house. Our first mortgage broker dropped the ball at critical times, left us out of the loop, didn't communicate professionally, so we had to switch in a very short amount of time to get our house and Peter stepped in, stepped up and got the job done in such a professional manner I cannot recommend him highly enough, there simply aren't words.
