Excellent experience working with Peter Esper at True North. My experience has been that their rates are better than the larger banks offer and his responsiveness and service has been excellent.

I am a repeat client and I have dealt with Peter Esper on both occasions.

I was very satisfied with his professionalism the first time a colleague referred him. I have since referred other friends who require the same service and I will keep doing that over and over again without any reservation.

When I required the same service this time around, Peter did not just meet my expectation, he exceeded it. He was sensitive and knowledgeable about the products he recommended which saved us money in this pandemic, and was convenient. In addition, he was able to manage myself and the bank. Whenever I had any question or there was any ambiguity in the process, he was very prompt in responding to emails and proffering solutions. This in my opinion, is the definition of true customer service.

Peter helped us to get a mortgage set up for our Condo. (We are first time home buyers.)

We found him via a Facebook advertisement. He provided the lowest rate in the market. He was quick in getting the pre-approval and the approval for closing. He also guided us about the price ranges in the buildings, Insurance and how much we can afford. Further, he advised us on how to use our down payment.

He was very easy to work with and he went over and above to make sure we were happy. He also made sure we understood the process. He was always willing reply to mails and call back. His response rates were even faster than ours.

We recommend Peter and True North to others with 100% confidence.

By far the best company! I recent had to purchase a home because my landlord was selling. I wasn’t sure if I could even get a mortgage and was scared to even go through the process. I got in touch with Peter and he pretty much held my hand through everything. He was always there to ask questions by phone or email. He even got me a better mortgage rate then I even thought I was capable of getting. The whole process fast and smooth. I will never use another. Peter Esper is a champ ! I was always hesitant to go with mono line lenders or brokers thinking that they were not great when compared to top 5 big banks but that was the biggest mistake of my life.

My first mortgage was with one of the top big bank but recently realized that mono line lenders are far better than big banks, if you choose wise.

TNM & Peter helped me a lot to get the lowest rate possible . All my family & friends are surprised to hear my new rate !!! Peter Esper help my family to save thousands of dollars in interest.
