I had a great experience with Peter Esper from True North Mortgage. The whole procedure was done over the phone and emails.
He was always in touch with me and was always available to answer to my questions, even in weekends.
All his promises were kept, he paid all the fees, even paid about 5 days of per diem fees while I waited for the new lender to process all the info and release the funds to the previous lender.
His professionalism and friendly personality have been remarkable and made it the best mortgage renewal experience we have had.
I strongly recommend Peter Esper to our friends and anyone without any hesitation. He is remarkable and a five-star mortgage specialist, and any organization should be proud to have him working for them.

It is very rare to find such a CONSISTENTLY high level of service like that of Peter Esper. I honestly can not think of another professional who I have ever dealt with that is so timely in their responses, quick to action, transparent, genuine, and warm and welcoming to any and every inquiry. Peter is not the type at all to just be happy to take your business and then come back around 5 years later, never hearing from him in between. Rather, we have kept what has felt like an ongoing, continuous relationship where I have run various scenarios by him for his input, and he has checked in with me, be it to see how things were going or to mention any offers that potentially make sense. First-class broker and first-class dude, I would highly recommend Peter (and have done so).

I highly recommend you contact Peter for all of your mortgage needs. Not only is he attentive, he gathers all of the information he requires, assesses the situation to come up with the best plan and follows through for the best possible outcome...APPROVAL!
