This company attempted to hold us financially responsible for damage we did not cause, using photos that do not line up with reality, a timeline that contradicts their own messages, and claims that fall apart under even basic scrutiny.

I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb and short-term rental properties, and I have never encountered a management company that handled an issue so poorly or so unprofessionally.

I strongly recommend avoiding True North Property Management.
No guest should have to deal with being blamed for pre-existing damage or be pressured to pay hundreds of dollars based on questionable evidence.

Unhelpful at best - service advisors no clue about prices and the listing mentions “bills included “ when the bills are very much excluded .
Poor company all the best to the residents living there math is not their strong suit .
