Fast delivery and great customer service …
At first we couldn’t navigate the site correctly for some reason so we filled the “contact me” form to ask support. A couple of days later (there was a weekend in between) I went back and I was able to submit my order without the glitch we encountered the previous time. In the meantime my husband found the junk mail their reply, with advice about the tires we were looking for. Very detailed and helpful. Order was delivered in few days, so also very efficient. Thank you!

Hey Jordan - we filled your original order correctly for a C8131A61397BB ARMED Centre Cap (a 6-spoke cap as indicated by the product image) - and that was what you received. We had no way to know that you had 8-spoke wheels until you contacted us after receiving the order. After asking our supplier, unfortunately we can't get the 8-spoke caps you need. Per our policy we do not typically offer refunds/returns on incorrect orders that were not our fault - with free shipping it is impossible to do so. Even still, for the confusion I can offer you a partial refund (what you paid minus shipping costs). Contact us at 709 714 1901. Best regards, Michael Reid, True North Tires

Great Company! Fast Delivery!
I have ordered from here twice now and both experiences were great! This time around we only needed 1 tire and when I ordered it a kind associate (could have been the manager or owner, really not sure) messaged me and told me about another tire with the same rating that was cheaper if I wanted to save some money, however I wanted the same tire I previously purchased. I was really impressed by this. It was the weekend when I ordered the tire and he assured me he'd have the order out at the beginning of the week, it arrived before 8am on Tuesday morning. I will be ordering all our tires from here as well as telling my family and friends about them. Thank you True North Tires!
