I had three windows fixed in about four months. Of three companies I called, True View gave the best price as an estimate. The technician who fixed the first window put my blinds up after replacing the window (the blinds had been down and the window boarded up for weeks). He was the same tech who came out to measure the 2nd window. The cost was lower than the phone estimate. He gave me a tip to save on the third window. Two techs replaced the 2nd and 3rd windows in one trip and did a great job very quickly. Hopefully I won’t require this service again, but if I do, I’ll use TrueView. Wonderful company.

One of my sliding shower doors shattered while being cleaned by my house cleaners. I contacted True View on line with the diminsions of the door. They replied with a quote within 24 hours, scheduled a time for their tech to come by and verify the size and exact door to be ordered. Took about 10 days to get the door made and installed as they were busy but all work was done on time per the schedule they committed to and they had the lowest price. Very reliable, easy to work with, and definitely recommend True View

They had to come back multiple times due to not having everything or the wrong items which meant more required time off work for me. After I thought they were finished one of the sun screens fell off and bent. They didn’t replace it just installed the bent sun screen. It looks so bad.

True View was on time, left area clean and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone. They are also expensive.

Workmanship was great. Techs were friendly and polite.
Took several weeks to get the first piece of glass and then when it was brought out it was the wrong size. Had to wait another two weeks before the right size piece of glass was installed.
Very happy with the finished product.

Service was great originally, but now our shower door does not align properly.

This was a very positive experience. The person who came out to estimate our windows was very friendly and professional. The when the glass came in the two gentlemen that came to install again very professional. Did a very nice job and cleaned the windows. They look beautiful again without the bubbles.

We had a cracked window pane, and the people at True View came out quickly to evaluate, take measurements and provide a quote, etc. The repair was scheduled and completed within 1 - 2 weeks, and the repairman was courteous, the work was done quickly, and the window looks great.

They straightened the track and installed a new screen for my sliding glass door, then made sure it worked well.

The installers were very professional and did a great job. New window looks great!

Had a crack in my bedroom window. They quickly came, measured, ordered my window and had the replacement within 10 days! Came out installed and was not messy.

Everyone I worked with At True View were responsive, knowledgeable and experienced. We had a minor issue with one of the windows that True View replaced. They promptly reviewed the problem and replaced the window. I have nothing but praise for everyone that I worked with.

This company was fantastic! Great customer service, awesome communication, and very talented workers! We are doing a renovation project and these guys, by far, exceeded the service we have received from other venders!

One of our dual pane windows sprung a leak and got all foggy. True View's price was reasonable and both their measurer and installer were excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Our family worked with True View Windows on a variety of different issues. One was an area that **we thought** was about 6 feet by 2 feet where we wanted to install a glass top. True View representatives during an at-home visit discovered the area was not square as we thought. They came up with a plan and we selected a customized finish, color and edging that gave this very visible area a very sophisticated, polished high-end look! We also worked with True View simultaneously on another improvement project that resulted in the installation of sun shades on all our windows. True View representatives and technicians were incredibly professional and skilled - discussing a variety of options for us to choose and installation day brought those same kind, considerate skilled people who showed us the results of all of that service and skill! These improevements added value to our property, make it look so much nicer and we are soo proud and glad every time we drive up and walk in to see what a difference True View Windows has made. It has made a world of difference through heat reduction inside and electric savings [my husband] but I think our home looks so much better inside and out. We recommend this company and their skilled and caring team.
