Worst company EVER

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Placed my order on 3rd September. The website states one week dispatch. After 3 weeks and no contact I emailed - no reply. After 4 weeks and no contact I emailed - no reply. Then had a message on 29th September to say goods dispatched and a Royal mail tracking number. 10 days later (8th October) the Royal Mail tracking number states that they are awaiting the parcel. Have emailed the company again now asking for a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND THE GOODS

Do not use this company. 1 month and still waiting for my items.

I placed an order for 2 silicon dog takes on 9th September with an expected delivery time of 5-7 business days (as per their website). I have still not received this order despite receiving an email on 29th September to say it is on its way and will be delivered within 1 - 2 business days by Royal Mail. I have checked the Royal Mail Tracking reference and that states the item has not been received with them.

It is almost 1 month since I placed this order. I have emailed several time and either get a standard response telling me to refer to their website for delivery timescales, or do not receive any response at all.

Still waiting 6 weeks since order

Still waiting for an ID tag that I ordered nearly 6 weeks ago. I wouldn't mind if I got communication about the delay, as i know they are busy but I've had no response from emails, their internal contact form and instragram messages. Really disrespectful to customers. No idea if ill ever get it, not holding my breath

No customer service

No customer service. Order still not arrived after almost 6 weeks. Zero response to multiple emails. Abysmal. I have basically paid for nothing but aggro.

Awful company do not use

I have ordered before and it took a while (3 weeks) however this time I ordered one tag for our new puppy 5 weeks ago. I have had no response to emails. After my emails I did get a despatch notice on Monday but as of today (Saturday) the tracking number still states royal mail are awaiting receipt of the item from Truffle and Paw. I have requested a refund but it looks like others I may have to use the charhe back through my bank.
Appalling service, will not be using again.

Same issue as others

Same issue as others. It has been now 3 weeks since my order, still nothing. I have contacted them multiple times and been ignored on every occasion.

A little update, so other people know how bad it is. Now we are approaching week 6, still nothing, no responses to any further email of mine.
Do not order from this place as at this point they are useless at best, but more like scammers as it stands seeing that I have paid for something which I have never received.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Just like everyone else I have neither received my order nor a response to my emails asking for an update. I have just raised a chargeback request with my bank.
Avoid at all costs!

Still waiting for my order / awful customer service

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery, despite the delivery time being advertised as one week. No replies or acknowledgments of any of my emails simply asking for an update on when I will receive my order. I have now asked for a refund but again, no reply. Terrible customer service - I really regret ordering with them.

Appalling

The website claims a week to deliver from stock items, and from that I infer that a slightly longer leadtime for anything else, bearing in mind Amazon will make to order and deliver within 48 hrs.
When I enquired about delivery I received and automated response telling me to look at the webpage.
Whan I managed to send an email I had no response. Three emails sent no reply.
My final email was to advise that I believe this company to be fraudulent and if I hear nothing by the end of the next day I would report them to the bank and other financial institutions as a scam business.
Needless to say I have had no reply and I have duly reported them, and asked the bank to recover my money

Appalling customer service

The tag and treat tin took over 3 weeks to arrive. They did state on their website that there could be a delay, but what annoys me the most is their ignorance when I chased three times by email and they didn’t respond once. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this company. Such arrogance!

Appalling service

Like many others on here - no communication, tags have not arrived despite being told they should have been with me within 1-2 working days after despatch. It's been nearly a week and they have still not arrived. I have had no responses to my emails. I ordered them on the 27th July. I am starting to think this is a scam company and the dog tags will never arrive...

AVOID THIS COMPANY

This company are a joke, ordered on the 26th July, said it had been dispatched over a week ago, Royal Mail tracking still says they’ve not received it. I’ve actually bought a different one which arrived within 2 days as we picked up our puppy 9 days ago, what a shambles.

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered on the 25th July, website said it would be dispatched within a week. I received an email saying the tag had been dispatched on Saturday but it still not delivered. Tracking says Royal Mail are still waiting to receive the item, wish I had read reviews before buying.
