I ordered 3 tags in June and they arrived promptly. The quality of the tags is the best I’ve seen - the engraving is very high quality and deep, seems like they will never fade. They were very nicely packaged and came with a surprise gift. 5 stars for product and quality.

Updated to add: just after I raised a dispute with the bank the tracking magically updated and received the tags today. They are cute however should be at the price. Now have tags paid for that likely won't be used as ordered alternatives that arrived promptly with great service.
When you pay for something with good intentions as a company if you are having issues at least let the paying customer know. Judging by the influx of reviews like mine my issue is not a one off so I would urge, unless you want to have to fight for your purchase do not bother with this company.

Ordered X2 grey tags that stated they were in stock 27th June with dispatch advised of around a week. This was fine.
Now at 12th of July with an update from Shop on the 8th saying royal mail are expecting the parcel. It's now Saturday with no tracking. Nothing from the company advising of delays and unsure if these will even be sent out.
Have had to order alternatives and will have to go to the bank to claim back.
Such a shame as I've been looking forward to getting these

Awesome tags! Love them! Order came within a week as advertised - I see some people are unhappy with the speed but I found all their delivery estimates were very clear on their website!! They are clearly a small business taking care of everything they produce - not Amazon!! Would definitely recommend ⭐️

Super pleased with the quality. The tags popped up on social media… normally I don’t buy from ads they looked really smart. Wasn’t disappointed at all! Delivery was very slightly delayed - took just over a week so have given 4 stars but otherwise I’m a very happy customer

Brilliant and high quality tags. I’ve owned dogs all my life and always found metal tags somewhat annoying - they either get all rusty or fade / scratch. These tags arrived this week and can already tell they will last a long time!

Items finally arrived after my first review. Lovely items but very disappointing that the company did not respond to my emails and did not keep to the promised delivery timelines. Truffle & Paw - you are letting yourselves down!

Haven’t received my dog tag. Have emailed with no response.
After first email I got a dispatch notification but it’s been saying awaiting item for over a week now.
Not sure if a legit company but avoid absolute terrible service.

Ordered placed in may, no tag, no response to any emails. Avoid

Never received my silicon dog tag
Reached out to support and got no response
Highly recommend another trader like messipup who supplied tag in 2 working days
Raised chargeback via bank and recieved a refund
Would rate 0 stars if possible as they are still advertising on social media

EDIT: Now arrived. Lovely quality as ever. Still no response to emails/acknowledgement. Added 2 stars as they really are lovely tags - just a shame about the lead time/lack of contact.

Not received, no response to emails. Reported to Shopify. They’re still paying for sponsored ads on Facebook so still trying to pull sales in.

Such a shame as we have had a tag from them previously and it is lovely quality!

UPDATE: item received and quality is good, but I would still urge you not to use this company given the lack of communication and extremely slow service.

I’d urge you not to order from this company. I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived, with no responses to my emails asking for updates. I received an email to say the item was dispatched exactly a month ago, but still nothing received. They look legit online but I’m not sure what’s going on with this company, something feels off.

Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two tags, for over a month I had zero communication from them, I emailed to cancel the order several times as I had made the tags elsewhere (I needed them immediately by then). They never replied to any of my email. It wasn't until I raised a claim with my ban to try to get the money back that two weeks after, suddenly my order got shipped.

Shit company. Shame as the tags are ok... If you get them.

Additional info: since posting the company have emailed to say dispatched, 7 days later Royal Mail still awaiting item…very odd, Will I ever receive this? This company does not respond to emails! I ordered an item on 20th May and still waiting! Will be raising a dispute through my bank if they do not respond within next couple of working days.
Disappointing service, not sure if they are incompetent or deliberately misleading customers?

My order from April 20th hasn't arrived yet. No one is replying to my emails or when I fill in the contact form.

I’ve contact my bank to dispute the payment and advise others in the same position as me to do the same.

My order from 13 May is yet to be dispatched. No communication from seller despite my daily emails asking for an update. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!

Unfortunately, my order of the 7th May has not arrived. I have reached out to the company via email and social media and received no response. I have checked the website and there is a statement saying orders are taking 1 to 2 weeks to dispatch but even so I should have received my order by now. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from customer service. Totally regret not reading the reviews or checking Facebook before ordering. My recommendation would be avoid as so many others have already said.

Do not buy from them! I wish I’d read the reviews before I placed my order but it’s been 3 weeks and my order hasn’t been shipped. I’ve requested a refund 3 times via customer service and had no response.

Would give -10 stars if I could and wish had checked reviews before ordering. Absolute shambles! Like so many others, goods never turned up and no response from the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

This is a scam, avoid at all costs. Exact same experience as others.
