My neighbor had some work done with true green lawn care and the employee parked in front on my house! Not my neighbors. Then proceeded to drive all over my lawn. Left ruts and mud marks. I called the company. They didn't seem to give a crap about the situation. The employee dumped some seed on the ground and said that would fix it. This company is irresponsible and I would stay away!
We live in a wooded area.
I needed help to get our lawn back to being healthy.
We hired Tru Green for a 7 application system. After the second application our yard was totally burned.
I do Not Recommend this company.
Had to fight to get out money back.
No response on taking care of the situation on trying to get our yard back to Pre Tru Green applications.
Customer service sucks, technicians seem to have No Idea what they are doing and would Never Use Again!
Don't waste your money.
