Service was good Tech did a good job…

Service was good Tech did a good job !that was a couple of weeks ago, and I already gave you my feedback !
Why haven’t I received A bill yet for that service ?? This the second time this year I have had to ask for an invoice!
Can you please straighten out your affairs
