Possibly the worst lawn care and…

Possibly the worst lawn care and customer service company in existence. Their techs don't treat your entire lawn. Just spray what they always do, even if the chemicals don't treat that particular weed or issue. They will keep sending back and charging without resolving the issue. Do not use

TRU GREEN SUXS AND CANNOT RETURN PHONE CALLS AND GET IT RIGHT….

TRU GREEN IS THE WORST & SUX’S******This company has to be the worst possible lawn company out there. They kills my lawn by putting two treatments down within five days. I’ve been calling tru green since 5/20/21 about my lawn was dying and a manager named Darrel finally showed up to my house around 09:35 in the morning on 6/29/21. And took a dirt sample to see it was damp from us watering the lawn but to no prevail would the seed take due to the chemicals they put down. Well Darrel said that it falls on them and they would come back in August to AirRate & Seed the lawn and promises they will get the grass green as the neighbors ( he is caught on security cameras stating this. Well when I call on 8/3/21 they set it up for a guy to come our in a few days. Well around 17:05 a gentleman showed up and told me he was here to treat & seed our yard. Yet I told him why would he treat the yard when it was dead. When airrate mentioned he told me he knew nothing of it no does he know how to airrate. This company is useless and though they haven’t charged us yet they still haven’t gotten grass to grow in our lawn yet. And if I could post photos of before and after you’d see just what I mean…
