I've left bad reviews before but I must comment on the 2 Tru Green employees that Aerated and overseeded my lawn on 9/14/2022.
They did the best job that I've had on my property.
Kudo's to Brandon and his coworker. Very professional, very good job.
I do highly recommend this service.

Three times this year they scheduled then rescheduled our service. The last time they said it was brcause we had a landscaper here. Not so! Never had a landscaper. So, they rescheduled the service for free and now our lawn is burnt and gone. I wish I could put on pictures. This is sad! Just drive past 2430 Ave G in Co Blfs, Ia and you will see what I mean. 😭😭😭

We have used TruGreen for a few years and the quality has gone downhill. I witnessed a tech half-spray maybe 1/4 of my yard and then sit in his truck for 10minutes. No wonder my weeds are not being taken care of. Who knows how many times that happens, and I was just home to see it this time. Every time I called to complain, they would just tell me it’s because I need to add more services.
I had to speak with 3 different reps to finally get a refund for the junk service yesterday. They offered to send out an “advanced” tech instead. No thanks, I’ll just take my money elsewhere since this has been an ongoing issue.

It wouldn't let me give them zero stars. I just signed up with them and the first treatment was grub control -- the last few days of August (they aren't active then). I wanted them to explain why I got that service. I can't get through to them online, and can't get a call back. Not a good way to start. I had high hopes as the person who sold me the service was great at his job.

For those that use Trugreen beware. They killed my lawn--brown spots all over. I called to complain and they sent a technician out. His response, my manager said to keep watering and it will eventual go away. To avoid going to jail, I just kicked them off my property and cancelled their service. Of course they called and tried to offer all kinds of discounts. Why would I want a discount with service like this? Unbelievable. Several in my neighborhood have the same problem with them, all cancelling service. Needless to say, Trugreen sucks.
