TruGrid: A Simpler, Smarter Alternative to Citrix
We moved off of Citrix and over to TruGrid last year due to rising costs and complexity of Citrix.
TruGrid has been amazing. The simplification of administration has freed up hours of troubleshooting and admin work that I would have to spend on Citrix on a weekly basis. The flexibility of the TruGrid system out of the box for my supporting my users across several domains and companies has been nothing short of a miracle when I compare doing the same things in Citrix.
Support has been spot on. Because things "just work" my support needs have been pretty minor. I can use the chat function to add 4 different domain alias to a single tenant and 2 minutes later, it is done and working. If I have a question on an admin function because I have not had to touch it for 2 months, Support tells me how to fix it and gives me links to the documentation for next time. Very happy with their support.
TruGrid probably won't like this part, but the cost of TruGrid vs Citrx made it easy to sell the boss on a POC trial. The cost + experience + time savings made it a no brainer to sign a 3 year contract. Heck they even helped us with a cost structure that fit our business needs vs forcing us into a plan that wasn't going to work for us.
