A big thank you to the Truheat Team (Sean, Lee, Dan & Leah) for the excellent service during our recent central heating upgrade.

Sean and Lee worked tirelessly to remove old radiators and pipe work before updating with beautiful raw column radiators, and adding some additional future proofing features to the system.

The removal and installation went to plan due to the supporting efforts of Leah and Dan, which is worthy of a mention.

Great job all round, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Truheat to anyone looking for a first rate service.

Trueheat ( Dan) fitted a new hot water tank for us through insurance claim. After a week we were discovered the tank was leaking. Asked him to come back to fix the problem ( after prompt payment). He found other reasons with our system for the fault ,that would cost another £500 for him to return. The tank is still leaking….

Service was brilliant.
Gave us lots of information about our boiler system, checked everything and advised of any tweaks that may help us.
Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Easy booking in, great communication emails, texts. Just first rate.
Would highly recommend.

Both engineers were polite and very good. They sorted my relatively niche branded combi-boiler promptly and were helpful throughout. I would recommend.

We had a fantastic experience with Dan and his team at Truheat when they installed our new boiler. From start to finish, they were friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everything was done to a high standard. They really take pride in their work. I had a boiler installed by Truheat a few weeks ago.
I have never before experienced such outstanding quality of service from any enterprise. From start to finish, I found everyone from Truheat to be highly motivated, well-informed and totally professional in everything they did for us. This encompassed recommending an appropriate boiler, removing the old one and installing the boiler selected. The final installation was completed to extremely high standards.
Throughout, all members of the team were polite, helpful and enthusiastic about what they did. They worked flat out - no idling along from these guys!
They went to great lengths to protect carpet and flooring from what is a fairly messy job. When they left, there was no sign they had been there - other than a bright shiny new boiler! They were even happy to carry out a few extra minor plumbing jobs around the house when asked. Before leaving, they provided a detailed explanation of how to operate the boiler.
I cannot recommend Truheat highly enough.
