I have just phoned Truhouse Stroud branch as the lock on my back door isn’t working properly. My guarantee which I thought was 10 years is apparently 2 years which expired December. I was told there’s nothing they can do, no assistance offered, no customer service at all. Very poor company, very disappointed, they just weren’t interested in trying to help me solve the problem.

I was slightly dreading the process of arranging replacement windows - which company do I trust to provide a good product at a sensible price with skilled fitters? Really pleased to have found Chris, Natalie and the team at Truhouse. Lots of good points - Chris is very knowledgeable and was able to guide me through the process of choosing suitable windows, and there was great communication from the team keeping me up to date with the steps in the process (and the windows were actually ready earlier than expected).
They have a great range of products (both timber and uPVC) - I would highly recommend a visit to the showroom.
The fitters were friendly, on time and tidy!
There was one small problem with one window but they were in touch with a date to remedy this swiftly.
My overall experience with Truhouse was fantastic - a really great team who seem to be very driven to provide a great product and really good customer service.

Exceptional service from initial consultation at our home, through to final delivery and installation. The whole team are fantastic irrespective of whether you are dealing with directors or support in the office. We could not be more happier with our 2 x new front doors (main house and annex) as they have completely transformed the property. We will be using Chris, Natalie and their team for our windows in the future. Highly recommended!!

We were a little apprehensive about replacing all the windows and doors in our 450 year old house but Truhouse completed the work beautifully. From the initial sales visit from Chris, the survey by Mark and the installation by the Y40 team we were talked through the process and our questions answered. The lads were polite, tidy and respectful of the property. The house looks fabulous. Friends and neighbours agree.

Truhouse replaced our old oak front door with a composite door by Solidor. From the first visit to the day of installation they were great.
Very knowledgeable of all products, very competitive pricing and always keeping us up to date.
On the day of installation two very polite and friendly guys arrived on time. They removed the old door and frame without damaging the brick surround and then installed the new Solidor and frame. All anthracite on the outside and white inside, along with everything else we wanted.
We are extremely happy with the new door and frame, shocked by how amazing it makes the entrance to our house👍

Good advice, the design process was well considered and helpful. Comms during the delivery/planning process was good. We were kept up to date regularly. The installation team - Travis and Alfie were an absolute pleasure. They worked non stop, with care and skill. They are lovely people - thoughtful and considerate. Just ace.

We had new windows installed early this year to replace our old upvc windows, Chris and the whole team have been fantastic throughout the project, we have just experienced our warmest day ever in the uk and our new windows worked really well we didn’t open them apart from an hour each morning, and the house stayed at a constant 20-21 degrees, while our neighbours in a similar house were registering 26-27 degrees internally. The windows have been finished to a very high standard, and also cuts traffic noise out considerably. We can’t recommend Tru house highly enough.

Dan, Josh and Jamie came to fit two doors. The work was carried out efficiently and with as little fuss and disruption as could be expected.
After they left, some of the trim came away from the wall and we noticed a crack in the architrave, but these little issues were speedily rectified.
Highly recommended.

We recently had all 17 windows in our home replaced by Truhouse and I can say without hesitation the level of service was truly exceptional from initial survey through quote to installation the whole experience was faultless.
