Be very careful with Trullicamini...
I wanted to buy a Valoriani pizza oven from Trullicamini. Since I am not in Italy, Francesca (who is behind the info account at trullicamini.com) sent me an invoice and directed me to transfer the money to their bank account. Since this site had a trustpilot rating of 4.6, I thought it was safe and transferred the money. It was deducted from my account. But Francesca claims they never received it, even though I double/triple/quadruple checked the IBAN. After several weeks, I have started a fraud process through my bank to try to recuperate my money. I am also contacting the police. In the mean time, Francesca told me I could recuperate my money via bitcoin... Be very careful with Trullicamini... hopefully your experience will be better!

salve sono il titolare della trullicamini.com non abbiamo in negozio nessuna segretaria con il nome francesca e non abbiamo nessun ordine vostro di un forno valoriani quindi due sono le cose o lei è un rivenditore che adottando prezzi piu alti vuole screditare il nostro operato o se ci vuole mettere la faccia puo pubblicare la fattura pagata o le email intercorse con la trulli camini cosi vediamo chi ha ragione e chi sopratutto dice la verità è vergognoso nascondersi dietro ad una tastiera per squalificare l'operato di una ditta io attendo fiducioso la sua risposta con le PROVE altrimenti sono io che vado alla polizia postale
