We used them for our save the dates and wedding invitations, and everything turned out exactly how we envisioned. The print quality was perfect, the designs were beautiful, and the whole process felt incredibly smooth from start to finish.

Their card-making studio software was super easy to use, and one feature we really appreciated was the ability to order samples before finalizing our design. It gave us the confidence to move forward knowing the final product would look just right — and it did!

Customer service was also top-notch. We had a minor hiccup with the wrong envelope color being sent, but they resolved it immediately — we received the correct color in the mail the very next day. Fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

We got our save the dates and, more recently, our wedding invites done with this company. We loved everything we ordered! Our invites had so much font/wording going on but the site was easy to use to edit our different components. We wanted an invite that could hold all of the info for our more traditional wedding but also give off an award ceremony envelope vibe for our old Hollywood theme and we found exactly what we were looking for here. We needed additional help to add a QR code to our invite and that was done quickly by a designer who contacted us and had a proof for us in just a couple of days. Both of our items shipped and arrived pretty quickly and there was good communication throughout the process. Prices were also pretty fair. We are most likely going to use them again soon for our wedding programs and then again after our wedding for thank you cards.

Truly Engaging is incredible - and I mean that wholeheartedly. The actual products that they create are beautiful and high-quality. The design options available are plentiful and modern, and we were able to find a style that aligned perfectly with our vision for our wedding day. But beyond the product and the designs, the customer service is better than any company I have experienced. Every interaction with them made me feel valued. They were responsive to every question and need and even helped expedite my requests because I was very late in ordering a few things. I cannot express enough how positive my interactions with them have been. I highly recommend using Truly Engaging!!

I loved the invitations but the envelopes were lacking in quality. These envelopes were see through, left bubble marks when sealed and lacked the quality the invitations showed. I would like to see better quality envelopes to match the high quality invitations.

Ordered both our save the dates and wedding invitations from Truly Engaging. They have a wide variety of designs to chose from that are also easy to edit based on the details of your wedding. They came quickly and look great! Exactly how I thought they would look!

They were very helpful when it came to some editing difficulties I had and responded in a timely fashion. We have received the invitations and they are really lovely!

Created coasters for an Anniversary event, they came out beautiful. However there was one minor issue with the color and Truely Engaging did everything they could to fix the issue. We really appreciate that!

Loved our invites! I am so glad I ordered through Truly Engaging. It was easy to select my style and edit the design. Everything came packaged really well and the quality was terrific!

I looked all over for a Wedding Invitation Suite that wouldn't break the bank and was also modern, elegant and didn't look "cheap". Truly Engaging was wonderful! The paper is great quality- the prices are affordable and they were so cute! I love them.

Truly Engaging is Fantastic! I ordered our wedding invites through them, & although I messed up my first batch, they helped me so much with my second & didn't even charge me full price for them even though I was the one who messed up. They're all super kind people; I cannot wait to order more cards through them. Especially now that we're married, we can continue to send our friends & families invites to parties, & to send them cards such as holidays, & more. Did I mention their selection of cards? It was SO difficult to pick one because they had so many options, which was amazing as no one else has many options! I cannot wait to order from them shortly, again!

I had so much fun changing colors, fonts, etc. When the invites arrived 7 days later, they were PERFECT. The only thing I would have changed was to upgrade envelope, might have missed if that was an option. Very easy to upload addresses & not having to address myself was fantastic. All I had to do was to put them together, stamp & drop in the mail.

I wanted a calendar save the date with pictures and Truly Engaging was the only place that had what I wanted. They are absolutely beautiful and they were always running a special! You can't go wrong ordering any stationary from them!

Beautifully made and sturdy products. I was lost for on how to make my invitations, and they offered suggestions and support. Highly recommend this company and their products. Great customer service, beautiful cards, and super fast printing.

Absolutely terrible quality. Truly Engaging has no quality control and does such sloppy work.
We ordered our invitations from them and they were cut so sloppy, I was too embarrassed to use them. I emailed them and they basically said any color but white would look frayed but that they would redo them and make sure they were cut straight.
The second set they sent (I had done in white) were fine but when I ordered additional envelopes and RSVP cards, the ink color for horrendous. They were clearly out of ink and either didn't look at the envelopes at all or chose to ship out anyway. Envelopes supposed to be printed in gold were a gross dark brown/rainbow color and most of the RSVP cards had big black ink smears across them. This time, I contacted them, included photos, and they offered me a $30 credit (as if I’d ever use or recommend them again).
I had to do a dispute with my bank to get my money back for the unusable items.
Long story short, save your time and money and use ANY other company. Or make them yourselves, they’ll look more professional DIY than made by Simply Engaging.

Truly Enraging... product is nice, but customer service doesn't exist. I had an issue with my order, TE never responded, closed out my ticket, I reached out again, nothing. Find another company and maybe test out their customer service first.

I bought everything for my wedding through truly engaging. Outstanding. The quality, the prices, the service - all amazing. I recommend this to anyone who asks. I never make reviews but honestly would be lost in my wedding experience without truly engaging
