It was easy to create a beautiful product that fit our style and it came out great. The quality of the final product is really good.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! Nobody has gotten back to me and took my money but the order status says it is non-existent. When I tried calling the company, the call would always drop after the "please stay on the line". I would like my money back, since I have tried to be in contact multiple times...

Overall a positive experience. Only and partly my fault is when I sent a proof edit it included a “.” And Because the wording was correct I completely missed the part where they included period where it did not mean to be. The person editing the product I wish caught the grammatical error and excluded it. Overall it’s subtle enough that I’ve moved forward with mailing the invites but bummer they are not perfect.

My order was shorted 35 envelopes. Because they say there are extras in your shipment, I didn't count until after 30 days had past. Now, they are charging me for envelopes they didn't include in the original order.

Loved how easy it was to customize and creat my own save the date magnets! They turned out perfect and are printed beautifully! The address printing on envelopes made everything so easy. And everything was shipped so quickly. 10/10 recommend!!

Truly Engaging has a wide variety of options to choose from that made the experience more fun! The site is quite user-friendly too.

Amazing customer service! The day after I ordered my wedding invites I sadly found out my venue was cancelled. I called Truly Engaging to see if I could edit my order, and while it was already I production, Christina was so helpful and helped us get a reprint at a discounted rate. The reprint came in quickly but was on the wrong paper. Christina was so apologetic and jumped right in on getting me the correct order. My new invites came in 3 days and were perfect! Such an amazing experience to come from a sad situation. I’m recommending Truly Engaging to all my friends!

Ordering our wedding invitations from truly engaging was one of the best decisions we made. The invites came out stunning and we couldn’t be happier. We chose the raised gold foil for our names and picked shore impressions in pink. We love our invitations and can’t wait for our friends and family to see them!

So easy to do and the quality was fantastic.

My invitations were absolutely beautiful. I am quite picky and wanted them to be perfect…. so they were edited about three different times. And each time they did this they got it done so quick and we’re sent back to me so I could approve them. They also sent me ten extra invitations! Amazing company, amazing work. Will be referring all my friends getting engaged to them!

The thank you cards I ordered were beautiful. The cards and envelopes were packed with such care.

I order 600 magnets every year.Their prices are good and turnaround good. This time though they shrunk the size of the 2 pictures on the magnet and stated it was the pictures that were sent.Same format as last year but in honesty they made the picture space too small and it did not look like the proof they sent me. I reached out and they offered a 25% off discount to have them redone but that is above my budget for the year so I am stuck sending out magnets that were not as good as the 20+ years I have sent out and out of time. Have to consider them next year and will shop it out but disappointed in their response
