While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Written by the company

At TrulySMB, we work with small and medium-sized businesses to make technology simpler, more effective, and genuinely valuable. From IT support and Microsoft 365 to Business Central and AI, we help businesses get more from the tools they already use while also introducing the right solutions when needed. A big part of what we do is making technology genuinely accessible for SMBs. Many smaller businesses do not have the time, resources, or in-house expertise to fully understand and use modern technology, so we break it down, remove the complexity, and guide them in a way that is practical and easy to follow. What makes us different is how we stay involved. Many providers focus on setting systems up and keeping them running, but we go further. Through our TrulyFIT approach, we work alongside our customers to continuously improve how their technology supports the business. This includes reducing manual processes, improving productivity, and ensuring systems evolve as the business grows. We believe technology should be built around real outcomes, not jargon or complexity. That is why we take a clear, structured approach with defined plans, regular check-ins, and straightforward pricing, so our customers always know where they stand. For us, it is not just about delivering a service. It is about building a long-term partnership where technology becomes a strength for the business, not something that holds it back.

Working with the whole team from Truly…

Working with the whole team from Truly SMB Limited has been a fantastic experience and a real benefit to my team at LRB Consulting Limited.
We all rely on things that we take for granted, such as: email, internet access, smooth retrieval of files from various Microsoft 365 locations, safe use of apps, etc. This is where partnering with a great, friendly organisation like Truly SMB comes to the front: there are no long waits for help, those helping us are patient (with our failures), able to communicate in a manner that we can follow, happy to follow-up with us and make sure we are back up and fully operational in a short space of time.
I have relied on Tim Rookes (from Truly SMB) for many years, and he has not let me down yet.
