I’ve been a Geo. F. Trumper customer for decades. Never have their products or customer service been anything other than perfection. From decades ago, visiting their beautiful shop in Jermyn Street, to their new shop in Duke Of York street, has anything changed. And of course, they have a stunning shop in Curzon Street, which actually featured in an episode of Poirot!
I’ve always been a Trumper’s customer, and always will be. My son who is 30 years old is about to start his own Trumper’s decades-long adventure.

Horrific service .. you would imagine a company standing by there products ?
You buy a shaving brush for 55-100 £
And when the badger hair falls out the price to fix it is between 270-370 pounds?!? Are they having a laugh ?
The said they don’t even recommend repairing them as it costs the customer to much money . I was dealing with Jose then I was referred to Borbara Filova . Seriously why do we invest in these brands when you can just purchase I decent one from boots for no more then £30 .. this is why many of these high end brands are loosing customer
This is out right robbery .

Visited their shop on Curzon Street. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. I went to buy their Sandalwood cologne. They also generously included several small samples of other scents that interested me.

Wrong order sent; slow to respond; communication and understanding not the best. For a company with such a long history, an enviable reputation, and such fine products the generally poor customer service stands in stark contrast; it's clearly not consistent with the rest of the business model. This lets them down and is surely not that hard to rectify. If you're patient and prepared for mistakes then you wont be disappointed.

Geo. F. Trumper is a men’s barber and perfumery and purveyors of some of the finest and highest quality luxury gentlemen’s fragrances, shavings and grooming products obtainable.

I frequently visit their retail premises of which there are two, sometimes simply to browses and savour the amazing atmosphere. I tend mainly to purchase their traditional shaving soaps, deodorants and the occasional Sandalwood or Eucris cologne. That having been said I’ve also been known to purchased random products during my visits, this often happens after sampling the display samples, I’m thus instantly hooked on a fragrance and make an impulsive purchase.

Sometimes I find the website states it has stock items only to find that the particular premises I’ve visited on the day doesn’t actually have the relevant item available. I do wish therefore the website would identified and make clear which of their premises had particular stock. I’ve written them an email about this issue in the past, but unfortunately never did receive a response back. Secondly many items are not included on the website and you stumble across them accidentally during a visit.

I personally consider Geo. F. Trumper offer extremely outstanding quality luxury men’s fragrances and personal grooming products which are very competitively priced. Moreover it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find traditional men’s grooming stores offering such an array of magnificent luxury goods and first class customer service.

A unique place to purchase gifts for family or friends. I highly recommend making a visit to this curiously fine establishment.

I have been purchasing the colognes and shaving products for my husband for some years now, and he also buys them for himself.

We first purchased a set of samples, believe it or not, having seen the London salon mentioned in an episode of Poirot. We were interested to see the salon is still active, and continues to sell fine fragrances for men.

Both of us had been looking for quality fine fragrances for a couple of years, having grown tired of widely available commercial offerings that smell of chemicals and/or don't last.

That small pack of samples introduced my husband to some truly gorgeous fragrances. He continues to use GFT - a fresh yet warm and sensual, clean masculine fragrance (my favourite) and Sandalwood (his favourite, but I love it too) - warm, exotic, woody and masculine. These fragrances really last!

Sometimes he uses Carribean Limes (very, very mild for day wear, not quite so long lasting).

The company offers other divine fragrances. San Remo for example, perfect for wearing on a sunny day, or taking on holiday, although hubby sticks with his 3 favourites.

We have found delivery to be fast, and the products are well-packaged.

My only concern is that they have reduced the number of lines since Covid. I so hope they are able to reintroduce the 100ml GFT in future.

I am not sure whether or not they have plans to sell the samples again, but I hope they do, it's a great way to try the fragrances when you don't have a stockist nearby. Very often with fragrance, if you can't try, you won't buy.

Also, the website changed, and I find it a little less user-friendly than before - I really had to look for the large gift set, and thought they had discontinued it.
