Complete scam
Complete scam, to echo the comments of the previous review, this company has falsely claimed they have over a thousand positive trust pilot reviews, this is clearly not the case.
Firstly they claimed the card was lost in transit, but were unable to provide shipping details despite multiple chasers then after requesting a refund I’ve been ghosted.
Fortunately my card issuer is actioning a charge back.

**Do not buy from Trump’s Birthday Card (TBC) — total bullshit.**
This seller is extremely unprofessional and misleading. After I placed my order, they claimed the parcel was missing in transit, then completely stopped replying. It has been over one month and my refund is still not processed. Customers are left feeling trapped with no support or solution.
All their details are fake. There is no company address, only an email, and no proper way to contact them if a problem arises. I believe they keep doing this to make money, not just as a one-time mistake. This seems to be a repeated problem with this seller, which makes it very clear that they are running a scam-like operation.
SHOP may host the platform, but this seller’s behaviour shows that customers cannot rely on them to provide safe and reliable shopping. Avoid ordering from TBC — you risk losing your money and getting no help.
