Buyer BEWARE! Terrible quality and customer service. I bought products for myself and as a gift. Very dissatisfied with their products and the return policy is impossible, they do this on purpose. They say it’s all made to order, they are full of it and want pictures and measurements. Whatever! Never dealt with such nonsense! DO NOT buy from this company. I will never again!

Buyer beware! Return/exchange policy is extremely difficult. The XL long sleeve shirts I ordered were 2” too long in the sleeve. Initially I was told they look forward to “resolving the matter to my satisfaction”. Then after measuring and photographing the wrong sized shirts twice, because I was told I didn’t do it right the first time, I was told the product was within their acceptable standards. (What does that even mean?) I wanted an exchange for a shirt that fit. Then to add insult to financial injury, I was offered 30% off to buy something else.

AWFUL, everything is an imposter and they are refusing to refund me.

I ordered 4 items. 3 shirts and 1 baseball cap.

I shirt is not the material advertised. Another shirts decal on the back is crooked. All the shirts are so thin.

The hat is not the actual hat in the picture. The bill is so short. It sits awkward. It's so big my husband can't even snap it in the back because the material gets in the way.

Reached out to the company and like others, they wanted pictures. Sent them. I them got a lengthy email back with their return policy that clearly states that they have a 20% margin of inaccuracy. These items fall within that. They will give me a 15% refund.

Not acceptable. The one shirt is not the material I ordered and the cap doesn't fit. Who wants to walk around in a shirt with a decal on the whole back this crooked.

Do not buy from this company. They do not allow returns even for their mistakes on orders. Bought a woman’s shirt size L. A man’s XL was sent and they refuse to exchange it.

AVOID. Completely terrible. I ordered two white sweatshirts. They sent me two gray ones. They would not take them back. They would not refund me. Each email response takes days on their end. They sent me an email saying that their team reviewed my issue and “according to our team’s review, it can still be used as intended” UNBELIEVABLE. AVOID.

I would give no stars if possible.I ordered 2 shirts and a freedom hat. It took over a month to receive and it looks like it was made in someone’s garage! Terrible quality.

Today marks one month and one day since I placed my order. I originally thought this was Charlie Kirk’s "official signed #47 Charlie Kirk Hat, but apparently, everything is being made elsewhere and shipped from China. Most probably "auto pinned" LOL Just another Pop up taking advantage and using his death for there gain! Using it to get rich off Charlies name!! It appears by the site, Veteran owned, patriot etc.... I bet none of it goes to Erika Kirks family.
I spent over $100 thinking I was purchasing original signed hats — they’re not, and for the price, they absolutely should be. $50.00 each. As I said before probably made and auto pinned!

I contacted customer support to cancel my order, 3 times only to find out cancellations must be made within two hours of purchase, which is unreasonable and a joke!
There’s also no tracking information available, so I can’t even check the status of my order.

In my opinion, this site is misleading at best and possibly a scam. I want my money back.

BTW - they have 3 different address on website and invoice and my credit card statement, California, Boulder CO, and Coppell Texas. Something is fishy......

If you used PayPal, file a dispute under “Item not as described.”
If you found the site through social media or an ad, report the ad/post as a scam or misleading business on that platform. There is an address on my invoice 850 N. Lake Drive, Suite 500 Coppell Texas 77019 not sure where they are California, Boulder or Coppell. BEWARE!

What you see on the website is not what comes. The quality of clothes and hats is poor, as well as the print quality. Do NOT buy a hat, they ship in a pool plastic bag and it arrives all crumpled up. For me, they sent the wrong sizes. When I solicited a refund, they asked for pictures. I provided pictures of the items still in their plastic bags. The responded asking me to open them, and take pictures of the length and width with a measuring tape. This company is awful!

Garbage Company. Ordered three items for over $100 and only got one crappy sweatshirt with an iron on decal. It’s been a month since I ordered and now my order number mysteriously vanished. The other two items never arrived. Bunch of thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Fabric is extremely cheap for the price of the shirt. The shirt was wider than it was long. The screen printing was thin - the red shirt came through the white. Beware that the finished product does NOT look like the photo online.

Oct 7 placed order, Oct 8 my friend said this is a bad company. I immediately emailed TrumpVanceSign to verify my items are in stock, if not to cancel the order. They did not respond until Oct 10. They did not say my items are in stock but my cancellation would cost me a 20% management fee!

This company is out of china, they are a scam. Do not purchase from this company google it first. Read their return policy they will not refund for anything. They claim their sizes are custom but they are not. I ordered a large and it wouldn’t fit my 10 year old grand daughter.

This website is a scam. I ordered a sweatshirt more than a month ago and never received a tracking number. When you email the so called company they have a million excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

The reviews online say it all-
Nearly a month post order and product is just now being shipped.
Amazon, eBay- sell the same thing. Already received an alternative and will be charging back this company.

Garbage communication and shady business practices

Purchased 9/23/25 & was told the shirt was being processed (2-3 days) & be shipped out within 7-14 business days after processed. My credit card was charged immediately! I contacted the company & ask for it to be cancelled. They did not reply until days later saying it was already processed & I would get charged a fee of 20% of total amount of the shirt. Then waited days later get email asking to confirm that I want to cx. Just kept prolonging replying. Then another email to confirm the order since it did NOT process yet! Again telling me cx policy & to confirm if I want it processed! Takes 7-14 days after 2-3 day processing. Still waiting for shipping info since it was "already processed" 9/23/25. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT CO. Doubt they were in US Military at all. Being deceitful saying that to get you to purchase & support Vets. Doing alot of digging found out *These items are not US made. *They are coming from China & takes a month or more to receive, if ever! AGAIN MOVE ON DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I've ordered a cap for $40.00 plus dollars on July 4, 2025. It is now August 13, 2025 and they keep stating in emails (3) that the order is being made and takes time and I should have patience. I have long since placed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau, my federal credit union, and other authorities that will find that this company is in fact in some kind of online shady deal of taking people's money without delivering a product.

I ordered a hoodie on 12/12/24 and still have not received a confirmation number or a tracking number. No kind of shipping information on their part. Regret purchasing!!!
