Very disappointing experience. The watch looks flashy online, but in person it feels cheap and poorly made. The materials don’t match the price, and the finishing h started fading after just a few wears. It also didn’t keep accurate time — I had to reset it almost daily. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. Overall, this watch is more about the name than quality. Not recommended.

We have purchased 2 Trump watches in the last year. I got one for my hubby for Christmas and WE loved it so much! He loved it AND he knew I loved it, So he got me one “just because”. The customer service is phenomenal! Stupid me couldn’t figure out how to set the calendar date. I had a response within minutes. Guess it helps to read directions!!
