I had a very disappointing experience with True Cost Compounds LLC.

I placed an order that I never received. After reporting the issue, I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly with the company.

On April 21, 2026, Justin Davis acknowledged my refund request in writing and stated that the refund should be returned to my account the following week. Despite this representation, I never received a refund and was not provided proof that any refund was processed.

I also attempted to resolve the matter through the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection channels but was unable to obtain a resolution.

Based on my experience, communication and customer service were extremely poor, and I would urge others to proceed cautiously when doing business with this company.

I tried this company....wish I had not. They are cheaper than most but you get what you pay for.
I started getting sores and swollen spots from the various injection points....I literally had to stop for a mi th to allow the inflammation to go down...frustrating. I threw away all of the remaining vials...I dont trust this company.....for what it's worth most of the people pushing this product do NOT look healthy from a fitness standpoint. They may have lost weight but most of them do not appear to work out or be fit.

Ive been using them for about a year. They are great people, understanding and real just like you and I. They have great prices and great product.
