They were very helpful informative and patient nothing about the experience but it was anything but exceptional

I got the top first.They fits great the don't even feel like they are on your teeth.the impression came fast.it was easy to do.Now I ordered the bottom they were so good.

The process was very simple and affordable especially with the payment plans. The impression kit is very detailed to make sure your kit is accepted when sending them. I am very pleased with my experience.

Don’t waste your money they are cheaply made and break easy. They don’t replace them like they say they will.I got my veneers and two times they split and separated and came apart. The first time it was replaced as stated in their warranty the second time they said I had to pay for the replacement and according to the policy, it says that this will be replaced if it falls within the 120 day. Which it did, but they did not follow that And said I had to pay so the customer service and the quality of the product was poor very easy to break and I didn’t even eat with them or do anything rough

Customer service was great, shipping was fast for my impressions, and from what I see, they are some of the best pop-on appliances you can buy; they even offer flexible payments. Everything has been great, so I know I will love them!!

I’ve ordered from this company twice and everything from the customer service to the quality of the veneers are amazing. I just placed my second order after four years (honestly would’ve lasted me longer, but I wore them when I was eating a lot which they don’t recommend) I was pregnant and had my baby 6 weeks early so I was going back and forth to the NICU a lot and they expedited my impression kit out of genuine kindness. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone! Definitely worth the money.

Although I haven’t gotten the actual veneers yet, I did get an approval email today stating that my impressions were approved today. So far, the process in getting these veneers has been really seamless and positive. From placing the initial order to having my individual video instruction helping me create the veneers, everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly and supportive in their responses to my questions. I am grateful I chose TruSmile Veneers to assist me with a better smile. Thanks you to everyone who has helped me in this journey.

I first had gone with a different company for my veneers I was ghosted and lost $$$. So I was skeptical to go with any company of that matter. I seen some of the bad reviews prior so that scared me a tad but I seen a few TikToks of people wearing them & I was on board. Tru smile was very efficient and helpful and honestly I had great customer service they always got back to me within 48 hours even when I’d message late and on the weekends. There instructions were very clear and I had no struggle getting the impressions. I have not received my veneers yet but I do have high hopes as everything else in this process so far has exceeded my expectations.
