Surprisingly good VPN for a such price, good support

I've been using Trust.Zone for over 5 years.
The VPN connection is currently quite stable. There were some minor issues before, but they've significantly improved the connection.
They're also working on a new Trust.Zone V2 client, adding useful new features and making the connection more stable. I've seen positive changes compared to my previous experience.

Their support team can solve any problem, including troubleshooting my computer.

Their support is fantastic. I'll continue to use their services.

After extending my subscription for 3 months I wasn't able to connect via socks5 protocol anymore. I had opened a support ticket on 6 May 2026 and did never receive a reply (Ticket ID: NTIyOTc). So the first 20 days of my subscription are already lost.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We checked your case and found your support ticket under ID NTIyOTc.

Our team has already replied to your ticket with more details. According to our security checks, your account/IP was temporarily restricted because our system detected unusual connection activity that affected VPN server stability.

Please reply to the support ticket and let us know what software you are using to connect via SOCKS5 and for what purpose you are using the VPN connection. Once we receive this information, our support team will be able to review the restriction and help you restore access as soon as possible.

Regards,

Worthless product!…Do not buy

Worthless Product — Avoid at All Costs
I have been a long‑time TrustZone customer, regularly purchasing their 2‑ and 3‑year packages, and for the past eight months the service has been nothing but a source of frustration and lost productivity.

The constant connection dropouts have caused me to lose work on multiple occasions. I create and transpose complex musical scores, and more than once I’ve reached the end of a piece only to discover the VPN disconnected, leaving my system unprotected and causing the entire file to disappear when saving. Having to completely rewrite hours of work is unacceptable.

When TrustZone drops out while I’m on download sites, I’m immediately hit with intrusive and inappropriate ads, including explicit content. This raises serious concerns about their DNS handling, privacy protection, and overall security. The app also has a habit of turning itself off without warning.

I’ve done multiple clean reinstalls, reinstalled Windows twice, and even paid for unnecessary computer upgrades and labour—only to eventually confirm that TrustZone itself is the problem.

Their support team has been condescending whenever I’ve questioned their so‑called “workarounds,” none of which have fixed anything.

Do yourself a favour: don’t buy this product. Spend a little extra and get Surfshark or Nord instead. You’ll save yourself time, stress, and a lot of lost work.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all user concerns seriously; however, we are deeply concerned by the claims made in your review, as they do not align with how our service functions.

We would like to clarify a few critical points:

No Advertisements: Trust.Zone does not display any form of advertisements, nor do we operate an ad-supported model. Our application contains no mechanism to inject ads or show pop-ups of any kind. If you are experiencing advertisements or explicit content when your connection drops, this is likely an indication of an issue with your browser, local network, or third-party software—not our VPN client.

Technical Standards: We maintain strict privacy and security standards, including our own private DNS servers to prevent leaks. The behavior you are describing is entirely inconsistent with our software architecture.

Account Verification: We pride ourselves on listening to our users, but we have no record of any support tickets or communication matching the issues you described. Furthermore, your recommendation to use specific competitor services is highly unusual for a genuine customer query.

We suspect there may be a misunderstanding and that you may be confusing our service with another provider. To help us investigate this properly and ensure you are not falling victim to malicious software on your device, we kindly ask you to contact our support team directly at contact@trust.zone with your account details or Order ID.

We are committed to the security of our users and would like to resolve any genuine issues immediately.

Best regards,
The Trust.Zone Team

Not worth it, TOO UNSTABLE

Just get NordVPN.
TrustZone is too unstable, and their customer service is subpar.
I've had engineers argue with me when things were not at all a customer's fault, it was their lack of getting ahead of sites that recognized and blocked TrustZone's vpns.

Getting a refund from them is also difficult.

Dedicated IP with port forwarding not stable

I am using 4 different VPN servers with dedicated IP's and port forwarding.
One server in Montreal and one in Tokyo are running with wireguard connections in ubuntu without any problems.
The server in UK stopped to establish connections with wireguard for more than a week, so I had to switch to openvpn. Also the UK server was down for two days. Trust.zone reported network card problems.
The fourth server is located in Moscow and makes the biggest trouble. Wireguard also stopped working for about more than a week. Then I switched to openvpn. With openvpn the connections are now always established and broken after a view seconds.
Trust.Zone tells, that there is a second connection present. But I have only one connection. So I assume the dedicated IP is sued by multiple users.

Conclusion:
The dedicated ip with port forwarding is basically cool.
But when it is not working, then trust.zone can't fix it, and has no money back, nor giving another ip at another location as replacement.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that dedicated IPs with port forwarding work well on some of your servers. We’re sorry for the issues you experienced with the UK and Moscow servers.
We recommend tryign VLESS protocol or our TrustZone V2 app (you can find them in AppStore and Google Play) if you connect to VPN in Russia.
We have also upgraded our VPNs to the latest configuration, which is work pretty well

Please, give us another shot

cheap, but at a price.

I used to be with Surfshark, but moved over to Trust Zone, due to the fact that their dedicated IP address was the cheapest price.

What a mistake that was.

I signed up earlier this year & the user experience on both mobile & PC has been inconsistent...at best. But now, after an "update", the app on Android no longer works & I've repeatedly had problems with conflicts on Windows as well. I've also found it has DNS leaks to servers in the U.S & Netherlands, so...no more. It's privacy jurisdiction is (if genuine) okay, but I can no longer tolerate the inconvenience & will be moving to NordVPN, which I had before & never should've left them.

Still not working, and now the don't answer. The last thing they said, was that it works, but I can't use it, IT IS NOT WORKING! Andthey refuse to pay the money back. Horrible company.

Thieves. No anonimity. Company based in Canada.

Thieves. Not anonymous. Not from Seychelles but from Canada.
I just bought a 2 year subscription from them, they charged my card, asked for my house address, then received an email saying they can't provide the subscription. 114.66 eur went into the pockets of thieves.

We’re very sorry for the confusion you experienced.
Trust.Zone is a legitimate VPN service, trusted service with over 1 mln subscribers, registered in Seychelles, and we take payment and user security very seriously. Occasionally, payment providers like PayPal may block or cancel transactions for verification reasons, which might explain the issue you encountered.

Ticks all the boxes - and excellent response time to my questions

Excellent. Their user-friendly Client allows me to switch between multiple dedicated IPs with one simple click, taking only a few seconds for each switch. This is complimented with reliable Kill Switches, which is an absolute must in the VPN world. All this has made my life a lot more convenient. And the staff are fast at responding to questions, often as quick as 2 minutes. I would certainly recommend Trust Zone.
