So excited about this back at first

So excited about this back at first. Third time I used it the cord pulled through bag. Never had anything heavy in bag. Total design flaw as this appears to be pretty common based on reviews. Company is terrible- clearly knows this is happening but hasn't corrected and states policy of "no warranty ".

Useless …

Useless, Material of the bag is nice BUT construction is terrible. The straps pulled right out with grommets after first use. It can not hold any weight at all as my computer laptop was too much for it to handle.

Most unreliable company!!!!

I ordered and paid my bag in July 2016 and never received anything. Customer service just ignores my emails and when you contact them on Facebook they tell you that they informed customer service and they should contact you soon. It's absolutely the worst company!!!! Don't order anything with them!!!!!

Another disappointing product from a silent company

Here's my experience with the Trustbag product:

1) The bag in very expensive, but that's to be expected because it's marketed as a tough, high-security product made with special fabric etc.
2) In practice, however, the bag is very fragile: after two weeks of mild use the eyelet got ripped off their sockets (they are not sewn to the fabric, only riveted). Those eyelet attach the bag ropes, without them the bag is useless.
3) It is possible to empty the bag, object per object, when it is locked by just inserting your hand in it. The reason for this is that the padlock is attached too far from the bag itself. By stretching the fabric, you can get things like iphones, wallets, etc. out of the bag. The company's claim that the bag is "thief-proof" is simply false.
4) The bag contains a shielded internal pocket that supposedly blocks WIFI and other waves from penetrating the bag (and allowing communication with your phone & credit cards etc.). I tested it and my phone is as responsive inside this "secure" pocket than in my hand.
5) The company takes forever to answer, and that is when you want them to sent you your product. I've relayed them what I just wrote to see if they would offer me a refund or replacement, and this time they didn't answer-- so I guess I just lost my money.

In short, I deeply regret this purchase.

They're thieves!

I have never experienced something like that:

-First I got the bag with 3 month delay
-The bag was damaged, I ask for a refund and an address for return
-I wrote many times to their support and NEVER got any answer
-I complained on their Facebook Page, no answer
-They deleted my Facebook Post and BLOCKED me on Facebook so I can't say anything publicly
-I am still with the damaged bag today and never got any answer or refund

King of amazing, isn't it ?

Unscrupulous

I'm one of the lucky ones, I got a bag which transpired to be a blue one rather than grey. Seems quite sturdy but I haven't used it yet.
Sadly the company took so long to deliver, it arrived well after the holiday I'd originally purchased it for.
So, I tried to return it and obtain a refund, thats when the infrequent emails from them completely ceased.
They are clearly a complete rip off, I've read many a story about the bags falling apart or in seemingly most cases, no bag actually arrives.
Do yourself a favour and avoid these people.

Edit:-
I recently posted on their Facebook advert, politely warning buyers that they take money straight away, make you wait a few months and then get an inferior product which rips at the metal rings at the bottom.
They quickly removed my comment and prevented me posting in the future.
I reiterate...UNSCRUPULOUS

Trustbag people are THIEFS

A half a year later these *&^%$#s have not sent me my bag. They have made all kinds of excuses and lied time and time again.
Every excuse imaginable came up.
DO NOT order from these thieves.... they took the $$$ immediately, but they don't deliver or respond to your emails.

I work hard for my $$$ and to be ripped off like this hurts.
TRUSTBAG IS A HUGE FRAUD AND MONEY SCAM.

FRAUD

DO NOT ORDER!! I have ordered the bag in august and have not received it!!!!

Ive tried to contact company over and over again, and have been completely ignored! This company appears to be a complete fraud and they seem to be scamming people out of their money...and people who have finally received the bag report that the bags are defective and not as advertised!

Poor customer service and no delivery

We ordered 5 trustbags in July 2016 and now it is December 2016 and they have not been delivered. They do not answer emails in a timely manner, and do not appear to be a company that cares about their customers. The tracking number sent to us does not exist according to the shippers. Very poor service.

Awful service!

Placed my order in August and advised 6 - 8 weeks for delivery, by end of November still no order. contacting their customer service team 8 times via email and receive one generic response highlighting the high number of emails they are receiving - i can only assume these are also complaints!
Also reached out on social media with no response, i would guess my message was mixed up with the rest of their customers chasing orders!
Do Not use, the product looks to be cool but at this rate i am starting to wonder whether i will ever actually get to see it in person!
