just because they don't do it this way, we have to listen.

just ended a chat with their customer service. was supposed to receive a call from them at 9am sharp, but the call only came in at 10:30am....
the call was about the final full settlement amount so i can fully paid up the amount. in ending the customer service said after i've made the payment, they will inform cbs about it and clear me. i then ask can they give me a notification about it, whether by paper or by email. they said NO and the agent just keep replying the same thing like a robot. i got so mad i said since they want it this way i'm not going to pay then. and i hang up the call.
i then cool down and try to find a way to tell them in writing the situation. but i can find nothing, no email address of the bank i can email to which i find strange.

Payment to merchant issue

Set a schedule payment, then was told that Trust Bank would only able to transfer 1-3 days later after the scheduled date. Remained pending after 6 days then informed there an issue to disbursed the amount supposed to make. already had to deal with late payment and now have to wait for another 3-5 days for money to be refunded. So disappointed that bank takes lightly of issue concerning user. so my late payment fees are TB going to reimburse? NO, just a pathetic apologies. whereas consumer like me have to bear all the late penalties and explaining after explaining and the other merchant thought I'm running away with money that i owed them.

Not able to make paynow or bank transfer at critical moment

While I like to convenience of using the bank app, I am really disappointed with the level of customer service and patronizing phase "sorry for the issue and inconvenience".
I need to make a large sum payment via PayNow on 6 Oct 25. It was blocked with security alert. I received on the same day that my account was put in a safe list and say I am able to make the PayNow payment without issue.
Unfortunately, I encountered the same issues on 7 Oct and 8 Oct 25. I am also blocked with suspicious alert when I am transferring to another bank account(same beneficiency).
Overall, I had more than 8 times of unnecessary transfers. Calls from Trust customer service and fraud depts did not resolve the issue. They can only tell me they receive from an email that I am put in a safe list.
It is very frustrating when I am in need of fund and I was locked out. It cause me a lot of convenience when I need to go back to the merchant 3 days in a role.
I sincerely hope I can get an explanation why this happens.
