just because they don't do it this way, we have to listen.
just ended a chat with their customer service. was supposed to receive a call from them at 9am sharp, but the call only came in at 10:30am....
the call was about the final full settlement amount so i can fully paid up the amount. in ending the customer service said after i've made the payment, they will inform cbs about it and clear me. i then ask can they give me a notification about it, whether by paper or by email. they said NO and the agent just keep replying the same thing like a robot. i got so mad i said since they want it this way i'm not going to pay then. and i hang up the call.
i then cool down and try to find a way to tell them in writing the situation. but i can find nothing, no email address of the bank i can email to which i find strange.
