IF YOU WANT TO WORK HERE, READ THIS!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences during my two-year work at TrustDeals. As someone who values transparency and growth, it's important for me to provide insight into my time there, in the hopes that it helps others make informed decisions about their career paths.
TrustDeals started as a promising startup, and I joined with high hopes. However, it became evident that the environment was far from ideal. The business was primarily managed by a married couple, which sometimes led to decisions being made from a subjective rather than an objective point of view.
One significant challenge was the HR department, which was led just by the wife herself, who was relatively new to the role. Unfortunately, this inexperience made many people quit, including my departure. A stable HR department is crucial for a healthy work environment, and its instability negatively impacted the entire team.
Moreover, the work culture at TrustDeals often felt toxic. I personally experienced instances where managers used derogatory language and belittled employees, creating a hostile atmosphere. This type of environment was bad for the mental and emotional well-being, affecting not only your job satisfaction but also your overall health.
Working in such an environment can make you feel like a robot, stopping your professional and personal growth. I strongly advise anyone considering a position at TrustDeals to weigh these factors carefully before making a decision. Your workplace should be a space where you can thrive, learn, and grow, not one that stops your development.
In conclusion, I'm sharing my experience not to disparage the company but to shed light on the importance of a positive and supportive work environment. I believe that every individual deserves a workplace where they can flourish. Let's choose our career paths wisely and prioritize our well-being.
Thank you for taking the time to read my reflection and I wish everyone a good day!
