I have trusted Trusted Senior Specialists since before I went on Medicare. I have saved lots compared to what I was paying for my husband for the 12 years prior. Should have contacted them a lot sooner. Navraj is very helpful and understanding of our needs. Thanks.

I haven't heard from them in 2 years. Then all of a sudden when the deadline is approaching (and I have already made a change) I get an email from them making it sound like we're best buddies! I don't roll like that!

who was very patient to explain the process so that i could understand the process and the different types of plans as he moved forward...i felt very at ease with the process and was comfortable to ask questions, it was a real pleasure reviewing everything.

That said i was glad to have picked the right plan all along, plus my doctor is in the Humana Network that i chose, Mr Samuel is an asset to T.S.S.

Navraj helped me to confirm my decision to keep my current plan,

Abandoned after first sign up.

Slow, inefficient, and not well informed. My wife called the same agent a few days later and got a snide remark about me. Not only that, but she, the agent, seemed to be uninterested in helping my wife. That is odd because both of us have dealt with that agent before and been satisfied.

While I'm at it I'll mention that the entire process is ridiculously long and cumbersome, apparently designed to deal with slow children, not adults. Next time we will try another service.

Navraj has been the specialist to assist me in selecting Medicare supplemental coverage. She has been very thorough and patient, explaining several different options that I was considering. She and the Trusted Senior Team have followed up with me to insure that things were going well, and I was satisfied with my policy. She and the Team reach out to me from time to time to insure that things are going as I had expected and hoped. Truly exceptional service, not only when I was seeking a policy, but after the sale, which is rare in todays world. Highly recommend Trusted Senior Specialist!

There wasn't any change as far as the plan is concern, simply a review of the existing plan and recognition of any changes made by the provider for the enrollment year. My agent representative was very informative and knowledgeable with the coverage and what I needed to pay attention while the policy is in force. I have no complaints.

Farah has done a great job guiding me through the complexities of the Medicare system.She got me started last year with a plan that suited me perfectly. I spoke with her a few weeks ago, and after our discussion, and review of my plan, I decided to keep things as they are as her recommendations suit me just fine.

Farah really knows her job and how to get the best plan for each individual.
