Very helpful

Amid the constant TV adds and junk mail, I placed a call to Trusted Senior Specialists who initially helped me sign up for Medicare and a supplement and prescription drug plan. I trust them explicitly and they didn’t disappoint during this follow up call. I am assured I have the best plan available to me at the lowest cost available. Their representatives are knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to work with.

I have had the pleasure of being guided thru the mass of paperwork and plans in a simple and understandable way. What an outstanding team!

MOVING is always a challenge but a move from out of state where my advantage plan had me covered very well to a city where that plan had not presence, was even more of a challenge .

Trusted Senior Specialists came to my rescue. Answered my questions and had me enrolled effective Dec. 1......Thanks to the entire team, I will refer others for sure.

I love these Angel's that work here. They are very professional, compassionate and caring. Research what's best for you! You can always contact them, they listen, they care ❤. We are special to them not a just a number. I have been with them for quite awhile. It takes a team of caring people to have a great company and I am thanking each and every one of them. Mary was very professional and did a good job of helping me compare options. Once I made my decision, she helped me with the application process. She stayed on top of the transition from my old plan to the new plan. She was very patient in answering all my questions and was quick to respond to my phone calls. It was a good experience.

Not you're fault, but amerigroup has still not sent info to me...

I give 5 stars because the person I spoke with was nice, helpful and had great patience. When I didn't understand she helped me to understand and I never felt I asked a stupid question. Some people can make us Seniors feel that way. Her name was Narvaj and I hope she gets a raise. Also I like how follow ups are done. Keep up the good work we Seniors need more people like Trusted Senior Specialists. God bless you.❤
