Trust Guard is killer for the buyers. Buyers think that like Paypal they will be safe from scammer sellers, but unfortunately, it is not the case. For example, Camerasky and Android Enjoyed are using this platform and scamming Australian buyers, but they are of no help to the customer in refunding their money. For example, I bought Sony Xperia xz premium from Android Enjoyed on 27/01/2018, and today it is 26/02/2018 but they did not dispatch my item. Although they have mentioned 5 to 10 days processing time.
When I requested for the refund they told me that for a refund the processing time is 25 business days.
I told them if yours 5-10 days are not completing in one month, then obviously 25-days cannot be complete in 2 and half month. Ultimately, it may take a quarter year.
Based on this I believe Trust Guard is security tool for scammer sellers.
I think trust guard is fraudulent. It gives its code of confidence to illegitimate companies like One digital uk. " it scans publicly available information to find sites that have recently had trust marks from McAfee Secure revoked"
I will ask the other 1000 people who have purchased from one digital, because they are influenced by the security logo of trust guard To review them here and to include them in there request to fraud action . banks . and Tv programmes . This is all just a contemporary means of aiding and abetting theft.
