We subscribed to their service a year ago. Until today their solution doesn't work with our web shop. Support is close non-existent, we tested two integration plugins - both don't work, one is supposed to support Baselinker - a major eCommerce platform in CEE region. We're very disappointed and consider this as a lost time, effort and cost.
I really like this software. Its way easier to interact with customers and manage review responses etc.
I bought their Lifetime Deal from AppSumo. Their product looks good and has potential but their support is lacking big time! They only do canned responses and don't have any empathy for their customer. All I wanted was to convert my product sheet to an xml file and they refused to do it. As a matter of fact, I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere! I've been trying to figure out how to upload my products since the past couple of weeks to Google's merchant center. Another thing to note is that being a review company, they themselves don't have any presence on any of the review platforms! That alone is a huge red flag and should deter anyone from investing in a product backed by such a poor quality support.
