Trustpilot - I see you.
Trustpilot is cynically putting its determination to get an ‘excellent rating’ on its own platform by refusing reasonable takedown requests by businesses. This has the convenient effect (for Trustpilot) of reducing the negative reviews against Trustpilot from customer reviews at the expense of businesses.
