I rented trusts facilities for a music video back in April this year. Once we arrived there was first of all no clear instructions on how to enter the building. The makeup room looked like a construction site and was dusty and had only one station to get ready. We had to re furnish the place on our own as there was no space to have our clothes and jewelry’s for the shoot.
Once we entered the studio itself the floors had dirt and foot prints all over which made our post production an expensive story.
We had specially requested the bathroom
To have a working shower as our last look of the day was body paint and our mode needed to wash it og for obvious reasons as it was full body coverage.
The showers didn’t work properly and the water wouldn’t go down, so our producer had to use 2 hours of getting water out and get her own clothes soaking wet.
We also rented light equipment on the day which we asked after all these experiences to get a reduction to half prices, to which the owner mark finally agreed after many back and forwards email correspondences.
Lasty Mark is not only arrogant and rude but never sent the updated invoice and has instead chosen to now charge full price for a studio and experience that cost us all extra time and energy on set and that was in poor shape to say the very least. I hope they will take their responsibility and do the right thing here or this was the very last time I’ll step my foots in this building!
