After ordering my first watch some days later I was told not in stock. Took a while to find another watch I wanted but it was $20 more and they wouldn’t waive this even after the inconvenience. Once a replacement watch was agreed it then took weeks and weeks to arrive. The tracking details they sent didn’t work so it just randomly turned up in terrible packaging. Then once I reviewed the watch the quality of the metal wasn’t great and, well it didn’t work. It’s automatic, I’ve tried everything but the second hand just twitches and doesn’t move. I sent email, with pictures and video and no reply at all. Total rip-off

I initially purchased the automatic Rolex watch (Model RDD0293A) and was satisfied at first. However, despite no external impact, the watch suddenly stopped working. Given the high price, I expected better quality and service.

I contacted the seller to report the issue, assuming the watch would still be covered under warranty after just three months. However, I was informed that I would need to return the watch at my own expense and cover all repair costs. I had expected a replacement or at least a more customer-friendly resolution.

Instead, I was left with unexpected repair costs and no compensation. This experience has been deeply disappointing. I cannot recommend this seller, as you may be forced to pay for repairs yourself if your watch becomes defective.

very good kept me updated all though the purchase giving me a tracking number and it took 3 weeks to arrive Andrew is great on it messages are always answered within a day i would recommend
