I don’t usually write reviews but was so impressed by my results I had too!
I’m a naturally pale and freckly girl who was sick of using fake tan- I always struggled to get a tan before.

Been using this product every day for 14 days and sunbed a few times a week and I have the darkest tan I’ve ever had!!

Seriously impressed and would highly recommend to anyone who struggles to tan! Quick delivery, great customer service - 10/10 will continue to purchase from this trusted supplier!

I emailed them on the 8th of Feb immediately after placing the order so I could change my order and not waste money. No reply from the email address. I tried resetting my password and I have had no recover email to my email address to cancel the order making it impossible. Scummy tactics as I can not return the product according to the website. Be careful anyone placing an order because if you try and contact them for help they will not whatsoever. I was a long time customer, I am no longer.

Been using Trutan injections for years now. Great product at a good price that works really well every time. The order always arrives swiftly and discreetly and they’re always willing to help and advise. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just wanted to write a honest review after using these products for over a year now, they work amazing ! After using other supplies I just wasn’t getting anywhere. 100% trustworthy website to use. Customer service is excellent. I had a question and was responded to by Paddy within minutes.

I had very bad iron deficiency so I got some injections tan it made me n not look ill anymore my tan was lush paddy from true tan always helpful you may need antihistamine they very helpful I had a little headache but went as soon as I had a antihistamine I'm gonna try the patches this year thanks true tan remember to stay disgret we don't Want these stopped

Spammers. Unsolicited emails did sign up for. Despite unsubscribing, they continue to bombard and harass us with emails.

I ordered from Trutan for the first time about 4 weeks ago in preparation for my hols, the order was processed quickly, and I got my order within 48hours!!
The order had full instructions with it, and online, which made the combining of the products fool proof!
I then made a second order to stock up and will be making all future orders with Paddy & the team!
The product is the best you can buy and the intensity is incredible, I have just returned back to the uk after a lush holiday in Greece and my tan is flawless!!! The darkest I have ever been!!
It also helps that Paddy is lush and very responsive, really happy to have found this company!!! Thank you ☺️

This is a company I am so glad I found and will return again and again and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Customer service is faultless. Quick, accommodating, responsive and helpful. The product itself is brilliant. I had a good few questions to ask and everything I needed to know was answered pretty much straight away. I will be a returning customer for the foreseeable future for sure!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the MT2 injection kit I received.

Unfortunately, the needle broke during the injection process. The water would not rise properly to 1 ml, so I had to draw it up multiple times. Eventually, the needle bent and then broke in two.

This situation now forces me to consider purchasing a new kit, which is frustrating. I also found that the instructions provided were not detailed enough. For example, inserting the needle so the water runs along the vial wall causes the needle to be angled, which likely led to the bending and breakage.

I hope you can review the product quality and improve the guidance for future users. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer regarding this issue whether a replacement or another form of support.

placed a new order today because of the issue in my previous message, and this is how they treat customers... not cool.

I have made a few orders via TruTan and could not fault, hence the returned custom. My recent order had not arrived and I waited over 7 working days before contacting. My friend who also uses TruTan reassured me they have great customer service. I was provided with a prompt response, but a passive aggressive response that advised me my payment hadn’t gone through. Not what I had expected at all. Thank you for the apology Paddy, and I can’t reply to it but can edit my review, but of course I hadn’t realised the money had not left my bank account or I would not have made contact with the company to chase my order. You may need to review the standard response for future customers.

Was skeptical about ordering this product due to all the negative things you see online about MT2. But as a pale girl (naturally ginger who just burns and gets freckles NEVER tan) I am desperate to just have a normal tan and sit out in the sun like everybody else. I’m fed up of using fake tan. Then I found the Trutan website and all the positive reviews and in addition to the price I bit the bullet and placed an order. My package came today which is amazing considering I only ordered it 3 days ago and I got the free delivery! VERY impressed with all the email updates on my order. I’m excited to take my first jab tonight and am hoping I see great results. For anyone cautious about ordering online I can confirm this website is legit and the customer service is fab! Will update once I have results which I am certain I will based on the other reviews ☺️

Update!! I am on day 7 of my starter kit (injecting 0.1 every night) and oh my god!! I’ve never ever been able to tan before and I am a completely different colour. Been on a sunbed a couple of times but I can tell it would have worked without it. I am in love with this product! Had very little side effects too, only a little bit nauseous. For anyone who is in doubt… you will not regret! Best decision I ever made. Have just placed my 2nd order. Thank you TruTan!! ❤️

I have never purchased MT2 from Trutan before, always bought from another supplier. I haven't placed an order yet but will be about a month before my hols.
I must give credit where it's due though. had a query and messaged them, Paddy got back to me almost immediately and gave some really helpful tips and was super friendly.
I am really looking forward to placing an order soon and thanks for the great customer service Paddy, it is much appreciated

Excellent product. I used TruTan a few years ago and decided to venture back, I use sunbeds every other day and it was costing a fortune! I’ve now been able to cut back massively whilst keeping my golden brown colour. Paddy was quick to assist with my question last Friday, all in all great. Thank you
