Had such an amazing time on the Cambodia tour with trutravels. Huge shout out to our tour guide Hul who made the whole experience so much better by bringing such positive energy and constantly putting a smile on everyone’s faces. It was really insightful being able to explore not just city and beach life but also the more rural countryside areas of Cambodia aswell. One of these moments being dinner at Hul’s family home, which was such a welcoming thing to include. Couldn’t fault any of my experiences on the tour both the people and the activities were great. Hul made the trip so much better by making us laugh all the time and always making sure everyone was having a great time. Thank you Hul!

Our tour guide was Hul who was amazing from the start to the finish! He was so funny, kind and caring and made the whole experience as brilliant as it was! He is also so knowledgeable about his country and everything was so interesting! Going to his home was also a true highlight of the trip! He really treated us all like his family 🤍 Everything was so organised and we didn’t have to think or worry about a single thing , Hul had it all organised! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did the 8 day Philippines East tour. It was so much fun and super well organised. Alvin was an awesome guide - so kind, helpful and fun to be around. I will definitely recommend Tru Travels to friends and am planning on travelling with them again.

My experience with tru travels in the Philippines was nothing other than a dream. All thanks to our amazing tour guide, Alvin Portes. Alvin always created a warm and welcoming atmosphere and insured that everyone always felt comfortable and included. He always prioritised our individual wants and needs, creating everyone’s own personal experience in the philippines, ensuring that our memories will last a life time. As for Alvin himself, I couldn’t be more greatful that Ive had the privilege of knowing him and although we have only known him for 17 days, it feels like we have known eachother for a life time. He is truly one of the kindest, most thoughtful and funniest people that I have ever met and I will cherish our precious time with him forever. We have often been asking eachother what our highlight of our trip was and honestly my highlight was getting to spend every day with him and the other amazing people that I have met on my tour.

This was my first tour in South East Asia and it couldn't have gone better. Our tour guide, Nana, was the life and soul of the tour and supported us as we recovered our delayed luggage. Amazing value for money and the people are so welcoming.

Morgan was an outstanding tour leader—he truly went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best possible experience. It’s clear how passionate he is about Japan, which made the whole trip even more special. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help, no matter the situation. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide us.

The itinerary was perfectly planned, with a great balance of sightseeing, cultural experiences, and time to explore. The only downside was that it went by too quickly—I genuinely wish I could have stayed longer!

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering visiting Japan. It exceeded all expectations.

The activities, accomodation and travel were well thought out! Our guide Nana was very helpful and went above the call of duty! He’s always was always up for a laugh and welcomed us to his home for food and drinks with his family!

Nana is the best tour guide and an absolute bundle of joy. He made sure everyone was included and doing an activity to suit them. He gave us lots of options for free time and lots of information about Cambodia. This tour was brilliant and I would recommend to everyone. (Our groups average age was 27)

I did the Central America experience with Eva and it was the best trip ever! She is the perfect mix of tour guide, historian, best friend and mum...without her I do not think I would have enjoyed the trip as much as I did. It was a pleasure to travel with Eva and I hope I get to do it again...if your thinking about doing the trip I couldn't recommend it enough!

Hul was an amazing tour guide he was very helpful and attentive, couldn’t imagine doing it without him.

The trip was packed with fun and interesting things to do, and our guide, Tommy, is simply the best guide we could have asked for. He is the most friendly person I have ever met, knowledgable, speaks English incredibly well and joins in with the group as one of us. He is always up for fun and banter whilst also making sure the we are on time, organised, don’t forget anything and deals with any issues that arise - if you get Tommy then know you are in for a treat!!

tony made the whole experience 1000x better, making sure we all had the best time ever and this is a trip i will never forget thanks to him!
