Delivered in a timely fashion and have only tried 3 flavors so far but all were great. The chocolate peanut butter with a banana blended in was very creamy.

The protein Made my entire family feel like throwing up. Not good. Terrible customer service and impossible to cancel subscription. Do not take part in these products or company.

I placed my order. I received it promptly. I wanted to change my next order and swap a flavor from what I had before. It was very easy, easier than I thought it would be. So far I’m very happy with there website and their service

I have written emails in May and now June requesting that this company stop sending and charging me for products. They will not, and keep asking that I send them confirmation of my cancellation. I have a thread of emails from both May and June with the words “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” and “REFUND”, to which they acknowledged and responded. I explained that the subscription was never intended, but it must have been added at checkout. They still refuse to stop charging my crest card and sending me (3) bags a month!! Please do not order from Truvani.
I have been clear with their “support” that I want this canceled and I want a refund and they will not honor my request. Going into month two now. Save yourself headache, and find another company to buy from.

I have been using Truvani for the past 3 years. I usually mix it with unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes I add fruit. I love Truvani because it doesn't have a bunch of additives and sugars. I need the extra protein it gives me, and I haven't found a flavor I don't like. Not gritty, no whey, clean ingredients. I order mine from Amazon, but I hear it is in stores now. Good job Truvani! Excellent product!!!

I love this protein shake! I love to mix with water and berries and it dissolves and taste great. My husband loves to mix with oat milk and berries. We have tried numerous powders and they never dissolve completely but Truvani does. BTW we love the chocolate.

I had a great experience purchasing Truvani products. There was constant communication about my products and their arrival. I never felt pressured or asked to purchase more than i needed. Will continue to purchase directly as opposed to at local stores.

I've been looking for a protein powder that isn't garbage so I tried Truvani. I ordered 3 bags to get the best discount. I ended up with a subscription. When the 3 bags came I didn't like the after taste. And it didnt mix well. I deactivated my subscription. I thought it was done. I get an email a month later saying the are shipping my next month. I contact company with screenshot saying I dont have an active subscription. They say they will try to cancel my order. I received 3 bags @$139 so I contact them to see how I can return them. No returns after your initial 30 days. I told them I was not happy about tge fact that I received a subscription that I had canceled 2 weeks before they sent the second shipment. The best customer service could do was refund me 20% I would definitely stay away from this company and its questionable integrity.

I tried the vanilla chai protein powder and it tastes good, but their customer service is awful! I ordered 5 bags to get the largest discount. At checkout, it asked me if I wanted to save even more by ordering a few more bags, so I did. I was overcharged, never received that discount. I chatted with customer service, I was told they don't have any discount like that and he wouldn't help me. I normally take screenshots for everything but forgot this time. I know what I saw, and I certainly wouldn't have ordered any more bags unless I was saving more money. It's a pop up when you check out to try to get you to order more. They basically get you to order more by saying they will give you a bigger discount, but then don't give you that discount. Stay away from this company, they are crooks!

The sad thing is that I like their product and would have been a long term customer. However, when I bought their "starter kit" I was signed up for a subscription service. Fine, didn't realize it, "buyer be ware", etc. Every other subscription service I have (everything is a subscription now) sends a heads up message, "hey, subscription is coming up, account will be charged" and gives you an option to skip if needed. Not with this company. At 8 am they charged my account, by 11 am I was in touch with them, trying to cancel. Was told "we work so fast at the warehouse" 🙄 that it's not possible to cancel the order. They did return $17.99 to me out of almost $90 for the inconvenience. I still feel what they are doing is deceptive and will not be their customer anymore.

Incredibly hard to cancel a subscription that I mistakenly signed up for. I ordered a starter pack and it signs you up for auto replenish that can not be returned. It took me several emails to find out how to cancel. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online unless you want 200.00 dollars worth of protein powder that will take you years to finish.

3) Scroll down and select “Cancel”

Truvani is one of the companies I trust. You know and feel confident that all the products they offer are clean and tested thoroughly.

After I received the products, I had some questions. I emailed their support group and they responded right away with an explanation and a sulution. Don't hesitate to email their support staff! Everyone has been very freindly and helpful!

I love this protein powder! It has limited ingredients that appear to be pure, a good amount of protein, and the vanilla & chocolate are delicious. My nutritionist gave it up a thumbs up, too.

After searching the right kind of protein drink I came across this plant base and all natural ingredients. I wasn’t too happy with one flavor but offered another
Flavor and it was a success. Staff of this company were extremely helpful in helping me to make sure I am happy with the product. I would definitely recommend this company and their products

The main reason we love this product is because it has the least amount of ingredients and they are safe ingredients. The taste is an added bonus!

Great product - easy to enjoy - I like to add a couple of scoops to water or a smoothy and blend it with my frother. Thank you Truvani for making a fabulous product that’s not overly sweet and easy to get 100g’s a day!
