I have ordered a water filter for my motorhome and have had no communication with them at all. They said they would send an email to confirm my order but that didn't happen.

Horrible experience, unfulfilled order, then partially filled when I disputed the credit card after 8 weeks of non delivery and non-communication, then chased by their accounts team for part payment via a different payment method. I noticed the NSW advice not to trade after the order unfortunately however it now comes up as second search rank so hopefully more people will steer clear.

Stay clear. They take ages to deliver and then send a cheap non genuine inferior product with no manufacture date, origin or serial number. No response to numerous messages sent to them.

Do not order from the site
Ordered in April, followed up, never received the goods, will try and get the money back through my bank. The NZ phone number is disconnected so assume the business stopped trading. Website should be taken down. Wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering.

Why has this company not been shut down by the authorities? I made the mistake of not checking them out through this website and should have been alerted to the fact that they don’t have PayPal or show any phone numbers on their website. They took my money straightaway, but never acknowledged my order and like everyone else, no goods have arrived. I have gone to NSW Fair Trading and also raised a dispute with my credit card provider, but not holding my breath.

These m0th3rfuck3rs have scammed me for a filter system.

I am so disappointed I didn't read these reviews before I wasted $560 on a waterchiller that I ordered in March and never received. Why has this site not been shut down!!!!

Paid for filter. Never arrived! You can't call anyone. Scam is, they offer you products, take your money, and never send your products!!

Ordered an under-counter puretec water filter 2 weeks ago, trying to follow up, my order has disappeared off their website. They have taken my money. what a bunch of scammers, please stay way from them. now have to dispute.

Ordered a reducing outlet valve. No valve, no response, nothing! Total scam!

Repeat this warning, an absolute SCAM with no way to contact them through their service functionality.

I've written about these scammers before. I lost $400 to them in 2020. What I can't believe is their audacity to direct market via email to me, the scamee.

I have ordered the water filter in February 2023, still not received the item. Requested for a refund but they are not processing the refund. Seems this websites is doggy and cheating their customers. Please do not order anything from this website.

I ordered 2 replacement filters in November last year but not received, so I filed a dispute with my bank who is going through the process of getting the $ back. Had no problem when I first bought the filter.

What pisses me off is that they are still sending out emails to buy from them. Disgusting.

I have ordered filters from this company on several occasions and had no problem up until now.
Ordered 3/3/2023, money taken on credit card 4/3/2023 and as yet the order is still "processing"
Have tried emailing, the phone numbers have been disconnected so will now have to try and get a refund via credit card dispute.

Ordered online , with 2 days they had billed myself on my credit card, website states 5 - 10 days delevey. Has been now 4 weeks, both phone numbers are not connected, have sent email requesting delevery or if cannot delevery to refund money. They refer to a on line chat service which has been taken off their web page. They have not responded to email. Realyy poor effort on their part. Would not recommend them at all. Taking payment without delevering goods if fraud.

We bought a full product filter last year with additional filters for subsequent years. Received the products and they seemed to work well at first.

It started leaking and we have been trying to reach them for advice on a replacement part, no responses, no way to contact them and the live chat suggested isn't actually on the website.

We have tried and tried to reach them and now the whole product is unusable. Future filters are useless as the main unit doesn't work and we can't get a response at all from Truwater.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Place an order for a water filter and a cooling unit on their website. After a week, tried to follow up via email as the status was still in process, no reply. Tried to do it via their chat facility on their web site, nothing. Also had a go at calling the number that’s in their home page, numbers discontinued. Try to go to their AU website to see if any other contact details that are different. Nothing. After numerous attempts of trying to see what’s happening, decided to cancel the order. Still no reply. Had to go to the bank and go through a credit card dispute process to get the money back that took almost 3 months. Complete waste of time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
