Terrible Customer Service

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. My experience with this company has been horrible. I placed an order for two boxes of bars on August 11, 2021. After not receiving any updates about my order, I sent an email to their customer service on August 29 (they do not have a phone number listed) I did not receive a response, so after almost a week, I followed up with them on Instagram and received a response they would look into it. Since then, I have received 1/2 of my order with no response as to whether I will receive a refund for the missing box, or whether it will still ship out. I have sent them numerous emails following up with no response. I will never order from them again.
