Nice products, horrible support

We ordered chairs from their website but only got half the order shipped.

Support is horrible: you get AI replies and its impossible to get human contact. They have a phone number but the telephone operator can't connect you to support, they can only leave a callback note. Which remains unanswered.

PS.
The chairs are fine.
