Disappointed & Pissed but service changed my attitude.
I was disappointed & pissed off with amount of the upselling that took place after my purchase on 04/18. So I requested a cancelation. On 04/19 I received notification that my request was acknowledged including the prompt return of my funds (I checked my bank account). I was appreciative that your servce team was responsive and on point! In my opinion instead trying to upsell your patrons you would be better served by at the time of purchase remind your customers that they are appreciated and remind them to expect a survey that will include discounted offers of additional products that may interest them after the submission of an honest review of your service and product(s). Remember you want us back as customers and because of how my issue was resolved quickly, professionally without confrontation, I will be purchasing additional products. Thank you!

How issues should be resolved
I had an issue that was missing 2 packs of the beef organ complex from my order. Like someone had opened my package and tried very badly to reseal the bag. I contacted Forge Men explained my situation, and you were on top of it informing me that you were replacing the 2 missing packs. I will start using my beef organ complex this Monday. I will send a review after I have used it. Thank you for your great customer service. In my humble opinion, this is how issues should be resolved.

Deceptive all the way
These people, will try to appear helpful when I only wanted to buy one to try it out, sent me a link to make the purchase. The link included a bonus discount. Only after entering my email and phone number into this webpage to get that discount did I find upon trying to check out that the discount was bogus.
I canceled the order.
