BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCIPTION WHEN YOU ASK FOR CANCELLATION. I HAD TO CANCEL MY BANK CARD TO PREVENT ANYMORE SUBS TO BE DEDUCTED. NO FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER SENDING MANY MANY EMAILS.

They lock you in to a subscription which is difficult to cancel. They send fake product not the same as pictured on their ad and labeled even differently. When you email customer support, AI answers and is unable to resolve the matter. Avoid. This should be zero stars.

Scam they will let you subscribe on auto purchase each month

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! This company is a complete fraud. They use highly misleading marketing tactics to trap unsuspecting consumers into a nightmare financial loop.

Here is exactly what they do:
Forced Monthly Subscriptions: They secretly sign you up for a recurring monthly subscription at checkout without your clear consent, charging your card again a month later.

The "Ghost Account" Trap: When you try to cancel, customer service ignores your emails or tells you to "log in and unsubscribe." However, their website does not even have a customer login page! It is physically impossible to cancel on your own.

Bait-and-Switch Product: They advertise a premium brand called "RIZEN Densify," but they actually ship out a cheap, $1 generic Chinese alternative called "MAYCHEER Powder Hair Shadow."

Fake Ratings & No Phone Support: They lie on their website about having a 4.8/5 rating. To make matters worse, their listed phone number is completely dead and never picks up.

If you have been scammed by them, do not bother contacting their support. Call your bank immediately, cancel your credit card, and dispute the unauthorized charges. Avoid this company at all costs!

As a consumer in Thailand, I bought RIZEN Densify expecting a one‑time purchase. A month later I was charged again and told it was a subscription, despite never signing up for one. There is no customer‑account login page, and the company repeatedly refuses to cancel unless I “log in and unsubscribe.” This is impossible because no account exists. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charge. Avoid this company—it feels like a scam.

They trick you into a "monthly" subscription and rip you off twice before you even realize it.

They also say they can't cancel your subscription for you and that you have to cancel yourself.

This is also a SCAM.

What company can't cancel a subscription on their own?

I have asked repeatedly why they sent the wrong product? No answer.

I need to cancel my card and get the bank to block their company from stealing more money. NIGHTMARE!

Just a heads up that this comes from China. I don't feel they're upfront about where the product is produced.

Second, I ordered it as an expedited delivery - it was definitely not expedited (this was before realising where it was coming from). When I reached out to them to query this I did not receive a response.

The product itself is so-so. It does cover the area but runs off and certainly isn't as streak free as they suggest
