Gotoaisle is arrogant and dismissive and doesn’t pay out. I was a cautious early adopter. I completed a few successful purchases back in April 2024. I became more active as my confidence of reimbursement grew and offers increased. However, everything came to a sudden halt when payback for several purchases from multiple stores went silent after automated responses of submissions being received and under the normal review. After several days passed and no word, I reached out to learn I was banned due to false submissions. How can I create false receipts? I responded but never received any further communication. Some products I had to consume the cost because I had already opened started eating. Everything else I reluctantly returned. Who likes doing returns???
Insult to injury, I still received text invitations which gave false hope that I could participate again. I replied with question and again nothing. Silence.
I commented on a Gotoaisle offer Facebook how Gotoaisle doesn’t payback and the product representative offered to reach out for me and they were told I gave false submissions.
Periodically I’d check to see if I can participate. But it’s always the same. No offers available for me. Stinks because they continue to grow and I can’t participate with any of the offers to try new products.
