Gotoaisle is arrogant and dismissive…

Gotoaisle is arrogant and dismissive and doesn’t pay out. I was a cautious early adopter. I completed a few successful purchases back in April 2024. I became more active as my confidence of reimbursement grew and offers increased. However, everything came to a sudden halt when payback for several purchases from multiple stores went silent after automated responses of submissions being received and under the normal review. After several days passed and no word, I reached out to learn I was banned due to false submissions. How can I create false receipts? I responded but never received any further communication. Some products I had to consume the cost because I had already opened started eating. Everything else I reluctantly returned. Who likes doing returns???

Insult to injury, I still received text invitations which gave false hope that I could participate again. I replied with question and again nothing. Silence.

I commented on a Gotoaisle offer Facebook how Gotoaisle doesn’t payback and the product representative offered to reach out for me and they were told I gave false submissions.

Periodically I’d check to see if I can participate. But it’s always the same. No offers available for me. Stinks because they continue to grow and I can’t participate with any of the offers to try new products.

Goto Aisle....SCAM, or just very disorganized and incompetent?!he very first time that I bought a…

The very first time that I bought a featured product and submitted my receipt image, they rejected it as not showing the appropriate info.
I resubmitted the exact same receipt image, and they paid the rebate.
Since then, I have been inundated with offers, including, in one case, an offer for a rebate on the same product, but at a different store.
This time, the receipt was first rejected because they stated that they could not find the product name on the receipt. I texted them back and emailed support, stating that yes, the product name is clearly listed on the receipt.
Next, I received two different texts from two different numbers,plus a support email reply, stating that I had already redeemed this offer.
Well no, I didn't. GTA sent me a new offer, for a different store, and with a different expiration date. If the offer is not different, because of the different store and date....why did you send it to me!?
They have not responded.
So, GTA agents are either disorganized and inept, or this is a SCAM.
Waiting one more day to see if they respond, then blocking them.

Total scam

Total scam! I purchased product, followed instructions for redemption and got nothing in return. Support does not work. Bait and switch promotion got me to purchase a product in store where I paid a lot more than I would have online, and then I never got the discount that was advertised.
